Curt R. Hartman is the President and Chief Executive Officer of CONMED Corporation. He was appointed to the Board of Directors of CONMED on March 1, 2014, assumed the Interim CEO role on July 22, 2014, and became the full-time President and CEO on November 9, 2014. Prior to CONMED, he had a twenty-two-year career at Stryker Corporation (“Stryker”), a publicly-traded large-cap medical device company, from 1990 through February 2013. During his tenure with Stryker, he served as Interim Chief Executive Officer from February 2012 to October 2012 and as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from April 2009 to October 2012. Mr. Hartman currently serves on the Board of Veran Medical Technologies, a venture-backed medical technology company.

With a proven track record of bringing game-changing technologies to the market, Mr. Shamir joined Luminex Corporation as President, Chief Executive Officer, and Board Member in 2014. From 2006 to 2014, Mr. Shamir served as President and CEO of Given Imaging, a developer, manufacturer, and marketer of diagnostic products for the visualization and detection of disorders of the gastrointestinal tract, which was acquired by Covidien PLC in early 2014. Mr. Shamir currently serves on the board of directors of Exalenz Bioscience Ltd. (TASE: EXEN).
