Responsible for completing any/all minor maintenance and repairs of swine facilities and equipment for Iowa Select Farms.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Adhere to ISF bio-security policy and report any violations to management team.

Adhere to ISF safety policies and procedures, wear appropriate safety equipment (PPE) for appropriate tasks, and work in a generally safe manner.
Utilize the ISF Tools work ticket system to effectively track all repairs and materials associated with each repair.
Demonstrate general trade knowledge, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry and welding.
Prioritize maintenance and repair items based upon highest priority. Animal welfare items, including feed, water, air/ventilation, and animal containment are of immediate concern.
Be available to work on weekends for emergency maintenance needs.
Ensure that all preventative maintenance items are routinely completed for the facilities and equipment.
Manage/maintain an on-site parts inventory as necessary to complete routine repairs.

As a Medical Social Worker (MSW), you'll contribute to our success in the following ways:
Ensures that all activities are performed aligned with the vision of Elara Caring's board of directors, executive team, and the leadership of the Home Health team.
Assesses patients to identify the psychosocial, financial, and environmental needs of patients as evidenced by documentation, clinical records, case conferences, team report, call-in logs, and on-site evaluations.
Make the initial social work evaluation visit and reevaluate the patient's social work needs during each following visit.
Communicates significant findings, problems, and changes in condition or environment to the Supervisor, the physician and/or other personnel involved with patient care.
Reports unsafe conditions and the outcome of each visit to the appropriate Supervisor by the end of the day.
Implements the plan for patient safety, using patient, family, and community resources.
Participates in implementation and development of the Plan of Care to ensure quality and continuity of care and proper discharge planning.
Verifies the Plan of Care prior to each visit and provides care according to physician's orders, assessment data, and established standards and guidelines.
Initiates and revises the Plan of Care in response to identified patient care issues.
Writes physician orders to cover additional visits and changes to the plan of care, per agency policy.
Incorporates patient care goals established in the plan of care, as evidenced by documentation in clinical note.
Performs appropriate skilled services/interventions in accordance with accepted standards of practice and certified by the patient's physician.
Counsels, instructs, and includes the patient and family in following the Plan of Care and meeting social work-related needs.
What is Required?
Master's Degree or Doctoral Degree in Social Work from a school of Social Work accredited by the Council of Social Work Education
1+ year of social work experience in a healthcare setting.
Current Full State License as a Social Worker
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Social work skills as defined as general social work standards
50% travel required
Sit, stand, bend, lift and move intermittently and be able to lift 50-100 lbs.
Valid driver's license and insurance and reliable transportation to perform job tasks
You will report to the Clinical Team Manager.

Greet service department customers promptly and courteously-attitude is everything!
Listen to customers and clearly translate repair needs to techs
Upsell additional services using low pressure, high integrity methods
Provide accurate repair/maintenance estimates
Adhere to policies on vehicle care and operation
Follow up on each repair and keep customers informed of progress
Sell and manage extended warranties
Inspect repair quality and ensure all work is complete
Notify customers when vehicles are ready for pick up
Review and explain repairs and associated costs with customers
Handle minor customer concerns and complaints
Keep Service Manager informed of all problems and potential problems
Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores in accordance with dealership standards

Administers nursing care to patients; includes assessing patients, implementing the patient's plan of care, and evaluating the patient's response to care in coordination with the physician.
Provides patient\/family or caregiver education and counseling in recognition and solution of physical, emotional and environmental health problems.
Utilizes hospital information system to process orders\/data and retrieve patient information.
Is knowledgeable in delegation of patient tasks to LPN's and certified nursing assistants.
Initiates emergency support measures (i.e. cardiopulmonary resuscitation, protecting patient from injury).

Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Nursing
State of Iowa RN License
BLS required
ACLS required
Med\/Surg experience preferred
Must be willing to float to OB, ER, and Nursery
Mandatory Reporting certification required within 6 months of hire
Must pass background check, physical, drug screen, and TB Test upon hire. Flu vaccine and COVID vaccine or religious\/medical exemption are required.

CDL A Midwest Regional Truck Drivers
Rate per Mile (Years of Driving Experience)
1 Year - $.70 Weekly Load Minimum - $180
2 Years - $.71 Weekly Load Minimum - $180
3 Years - $.72 Weekly Load Minimum - $180
4 Years - $.73 Weekly Load Minimum - $180
5 Years - $.74 Weekly Load Minimum - $180
6 Years - $.75 Weekly Load Minimum - $180
7 Years - $.76 Weekly Load Minimum - $180
All miles paid loaded and empty unless going home. We do not pay domicile miles.
Additional stops and pick-ups - $40
Driver unload -$.25 per/ cwt
Detention -2 hrs. free if beef or pork loads, all others are 4 hours free, then $16.00 per hour with a max of 10 hours per occurrence
Layover/Breakdown Pay - $160 per occurrence after sitting idle for 24 hours. Must be available for work and available to swap into an open truck if available.
Pet Policy Available
Rider policy available after 3 months
All lumpers are paid for by JBS
Mandatory .10 cents Per Diem
Includes a lot of night driving, late afternoon pick-ups for early morning deliveries
On weeks that have one of our six observed Holidays; Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's, you will be eligible for weekly minimum pay and holiday pay in the amount of $150 provided you are available for the normal weekly requirements minus the timeframe of 2200 CST the night before holiday to 2200 the night of the holiday.
Eligible for Safety Bonus
Most dispatches will be picking up a loaded trailer from one of the five Pork plants or 4 Beef plants, live unloading at customer, and empty back to nearby Beef or Pork plant
Drivers can expect occasional nights at home per week depending on home location, but this is not guaranteed. Monday is the highest volume delivery day, so the work-week start day will be determined by miles to delivery.
Average 1600 - 2000 miles per week

Up to a $3,100 bonus per driver referral:
$50 every week of your referred driver's first year

Main Driving Region: Multi-State
Truck Assignments: could be at any JBS terminal. No guarantee of being seated at your home terminal
CDL-A Dedicated Truck Driver Requirements:
At least 21 years old
CDL-A with 1 year tractor trailer experience
Must have 48'-53' tractor trailer experience
Mentor and Training programs are available for drivers with less than 1 year of experience
