The base salary range represents the low and high end of the AllHealth Network hiring range for this position. Job Description:
Therapist
Utilize key concepts of recovery including client choice, empowerment; hope, creating meaningful activity, advocacy, and consultation with key supports, to facilitate client centered care that will help individuals achieve their therapeutic goals.
Provide comprehensive assessment, evaluation, crisis intervention and psychotherapy to individuals, families, and groups of clients with trauma, mental health and substance use problems
Administer standardized screening tools to identify clients with behavioral health and/or substance use problems as well as tools to measure progress through treatment. Utilize these tools in the development of care plans. Modify care plans as needs change.
Assist clients with symptom reduction (e.g. insomnia, anxiety, depression, and post-trauma symptoms, stress management, emotional dysregulation)
Use evidence-based models for treatment, including but not limited to CBT, solution-focused therapy, behavioral activation, harm reduction, motivational interviewing etc.
Provide an integrated care approach to assessment and intervention for clients having difficulty managing their health due to multiple conditions/chronic disease.
Work closely and collaboratively within a team to provide support and coordination in addressing social issues and basic needs that are barriers to effective treatment and the client's ability to thrive.
Provide linkage to case management services and other community-based resources to assist with building a network of support outside of treatment.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in EHR according to established protocols
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to review client caseload, treatment, concerns, and recommendations
Positively contribute to the financial health of the organization by ensuring delivery of clinical services.
Maintain positive, ethical, and professional working relationships with community stakeholders, regulatory agencies, and other professionals
Participate and contribute to team meetings, clinical supervision, and other meetings, as needed, to ensure cohesive department operations.
Enhance professional growth and development through participation in specialized training.
Complete all required documentation accurately, legibly and within established timelines.
Follow all AllHealth Network policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or a related field.
Active licensure OR registration as a candidate pursuing licensure in the state of Colorado.
Exposure to or experience working in a clinical setting in the behavioral health field, including assessment, evaluation and therapeutic engagement of diverse clients; use of evidence-based counseling models and techniques that match presenting problems; good diagnostic skills and treatment/care planning; and the ability to work with clinical documentation and electronic health records (EHR).
Knowledge of DSM V and working principles of recovery and trauma-informed care in treatment planning and in direct care.

Essential Functions:
Employee Relations: Serve as a primary HR contact for employees and leaders, addressing employment-related inquiries, conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions. Escalate complex or sensitive matters to the HR Director as needed. Conduct impartial investigations, document findings, and recommend appropriate actions. Support employee relations programs that promote a positive and productive workplace, and collaborate with leadership to identify trends and implement proactive strategies to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
Leave of Absence Management: In partnership with the Benefits Administrator, develop, administer, and oversee leave of absence programs, including FMLA, FAMLI, ADA, and STD. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, guide employees and leaders, and manage documentation and tracking within the HRIS.
HRIS Management: Accurately process HR transactions within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring data integrity and timely updates. Support the training of new managers on HRIS processes.
Policy & Procedure Administration: Provide expert guidance to leaders on company policies and procedures. Maintain and update HR policy documentation to ensure accessibility and compliance. Assist in training new managers on HR policies.

Requirements:

Act as the first clinical contact for walk-in clients. Greet client and support completion of initial paperwork.

Provide competent medical care to clients and complete associated documentation as required

Provide psychiatric assessment/evaluation of children, youth and/or adults with mental illness who are referred to AllHealth Network outpatient services

Crisis Evaluator
Conduct thorough assessments in the facility for clients experiencing a crisis and develop comprehensive treatment plans based on client need
Make clinically appropriate dispositions to the safest, least restrictive environment
Provide mental health crisis evaluation and safety planning for clients experiencing a crisis. Evaluations may take place at AllHealth Network locations
Conduct clinical and behavioral assessments, medical screenings, and evaluations for clients experiencing crisis, and develop clinical recommendations based on the client's presentation.
Make clinically appropriate referrals to the safest, least restrictive environment, to include safety planning when indicated.
Complete crisis interventions with approved documentation coding.
Complete screening and assessments for voluntary and mental health and substance use emergency holds; when necessary, initiate 27-65 mental health holds for clients requiring involuntary commitment.
Obtain collateral information to ensure that crisis interventions consider the context of the client's overall presentation
Navigate the treatment needs of the client and make referrals to internal and external resources as appropriate, to include outpatient and inpatient services as well as shelters and other community resources.
Perform professional interpretation and analysis of clinical data and assessments to formulate treatment recommendations and diagnosis, while involving social and professional supports in all aspects of client care, as appropriate.
Communicate professionally and effectively with client's funding source regarding clinical recommendations and requests for authorization for levels of care requiring pre-authorization.
Coordinate ongoing services with AllHealth Network and/or community agencies as appropriate.
Review documentation for referrals to AHN higher level of care units and determine clinical appropriateness for admission.
Work with the Crisis Response Team and other treatment teams to track bed availability and admissions.
Meet Behavioral Health Administration (BHA) requirements for assessment domains within an intake assessment.
Conduct follow-up calls for clients who successfully discharge from the Crisis Response Team per Signal requirements
Conduct brief telephonic risk assessments, crisis counseling, and safety planning for clients who have been referred to the crisis response team
Utilize approved behavioral management techniques to support client's safety on the Acute Care Campus
Provide after-hours clinical support to AHN higher level of care units as needed.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or related field. Licensure required.
LMFT, LPC or LCSW Licensure required
Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical behavioral health setting

Skills and Knowledge:
Demonstrate a high level of skill in assessment, evaluation and therapeutic engagement of diverse clients; use of evidence-based counseling models and techniques that match presenting problems; good diagnostic skills and treatment/care planning; and the ability to work with clinical documentation and electronic health records (EHR).
Knowledge of DSM V and working principles of recovery and trauma-informed care in treatment planning and in direct care. Experience working with individuals and families who experience various behavioral health problems.
Ability to operate PC-based software programs including proficiency in Word, Excel and other computer based systems.
Possess advanced written and oral communication, decision making and problem solving skills, and efficient time management. Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team; collaborating with other internal and external teams.
Must possess own transportation, have a good driving record, a valid driver's license, and proof of insurance.
Extensive knowledge of the DSM V and criteria application to individuals during initial assessment.
Ability to conceptualize a case to develop an individualized treatment plan for each client.
Basic understanding of different levels of care and medical necessity for each to ensure appropriate services for individuals based on presenting need
Demonstrated competence in evaluation and intervention in crisis situations

Full Cycle Billing Specialist
Process benefit eligibility, ensuring timely and accurate billing
Obtain authorization as needed to ensure service is payable
Monitor and follow-up of accounts receivable to ensure maximum reimbursement
Identify issues in a timely manner to reduce denials and write offs
Follow-up on outstanding accounts receivable

Handle phone calls to and from insurance payers

Therapist - (PSR)
The Psychosocial Rehabilitation Program (PSR) is an evidence-based program that supports adults experiencing significant life stressors in developing the social, emotional, and intellectual skills needed to live a meaningful life. PSR's multidisciplinary team assists people in coping with life challenges through therapy, education, independent living skills, social support, and linkage to community resources and supports.
Provide behavioral health consultation, biopsychosocial assessment, counseling, and evidence-based interventions to individuals, groups and/or their families utilizing strength-based and recovery models of service delivery.
Meet productivity standards.
Provide therapeutic interventions and documentation as required.
Participate in team-based care for better client outcomes.
Provide comprehensive assessment, evaluation, crisis intervention, and psychotherapy to individuals, families, and groups of clients with mental and behavioral health needs.
Administer standardized screening tools to identify clients with behavioral health and/or substance abuse problems.
Assist clients with symptom/issue reduction, including insomnia, anxiety, depression, post-trauma symptoms, stress management, and emotional dysregulation.
Use evidence-based treatment models such as CBT, solution-focused therapy, behavioral activation, harm reduction, motivational interviewing, and health psychology.
Provide an integrated care approach for clients managing health difficulties due to physical conditions/chronic diseases, and psychological, behavioral, cognitive, or social factors.
Collaborate within a team to address social issues and basic needs that are barriers to effective treatment outcomes and client well-being. Link clients to case management services and community resources as needed.
Develop and update a comprehensive, individualized treatment plan and goals for the client.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in EHR according to established protocols.
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to review client caseload, treatment, concerns, and recommendations.
Contribute positively to the financial health of the organization by ensuring delivery of billable services and utilizing data for program improvements.

Open Pool - PMHNP Student Clinical Rotation - Winter/Spring 2026

Job Description
This listing is for PMHNP students seeking clinical placements, as required by their academic programs. Please be aware that applying to our "Open Pool" does not guarantee consideration for clinical hours.
This pool is valid until December 31st, 2025, at which time the pool will expire. Applicants wishing to remain in the pool must reapply after that date. This pool is open to students looking for Winter/Spring 2026 placements only.
Availability of open positions is up to the discretion of preceptor(s) and is subject to change at any time. Students should be aware that opportunities to complete clinical hours with children and adolescents are very limited.
We prefer to work with students from University of Colorado (CU), University of Colorado - Colorado Springs (UCCS), and Regis University, but encourage others to apply.
Students must be affiliated with an accredited academic program during their placement with AllHealth Network. The school or its representative and AllHealth Network must have an established Affiliation Agreement, in writing, in place regarding the terms of a student's placement prior to the start of clinical hours.
AllHealth Network employees are not eligible for placements while employed by the organization.
All placements are unpaid.
AllHealth Network does not employ or provide clinical placements to current or former clients or those who have family members in treatment to avoid confidentiality concerns or conflicts of interest.
Students may not practice in any language other than English unless they have passed the Human Resources approved proficiency examination.
