Essential Job Functions
Lead a team of highly engaged associates and contractors, ensuring that team meets or exceeds the defined role expectations. Ensure that direct reports understand role expectations. Provide development to a team with ongoing coaching and feedback, performance management, career development and administrative support.

Continuously improve applications and processes with a focus on quality, efficiency, and user experience.

Act in a leadership role to provide guidance to the development team and act as a liaison for multiple areas of the business and external clients. As necessary, work across the organization and function as Project Development Lead for enterprise-scale efforts. Develop and maintain organizational strategies that support current and future workforce, business, and financial needs.
Cultivate relationships across roles and organizations to maximize collaboration, partnership, and efficiency. Provide peer coaching and feedback formally and informally. Request and utilize feedback to foster personal development.
Expectation is to oversee at least two Golang microservices.
Support at least one business such as Credit Risk, Account Protection, Customer Care, etc. Maintain and manage one to two vendor relationships.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent, relevant work experience
2+ years of experience managing and/or leading engineering teams.
2+ years experience with technical components utilized by the team (building scalable and reliable distributed systems, public web APIs and server-side languages and data stores such as Go, Java, PostgreSQL, Redis, etc).

$133,500.00 - $241,900.00
Full Salary Range for position:

The actual base pay within this range may be dependent upon many factors, which may include, but are not limited to, work location, education, experience, and skills.
Bread Financial offers medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, and other voluntary benefits (including basic and optional life insurance, supplemental medical plans, and short and long-term disability) to eligible associates (regular full-time associates scheduled to work 30 hours per week or more) and their spouses/domestic partners, and child(ren) under the age of 26. New associate elected coverage begins on date of hire (with the exception of disability coverage which has a 6-month waiting period). Six weeks of 100% paid parental leave for eligible parents is available after a 180-day waiting period. Hired associates can immediately enroll in Bread Financial's 401(k) plan.
All associates receive 11 paid holidays. Associates have discretion in managing their time away from work through the Flexible Time Off (FTO) program and may need to notify and receive approval from their manager prior to taking the time off. Associates (except those located in Illinois) receive 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time (“PSST”) upon hire and at the beginning of each subsequent calendar year. Illinois associates receive 40 hours of Illinois PSST upon hire and at the beginning of each subsequent calendar year and 40 hours of Illinois Paid Leave upon hire and at the beginning of each subsequent calendar year. Illinois Paid Leave must be used before associates in Illinois will be approved to take FTO.
Hired associates will be able to elect the purchase company stock during offering periods in June and December. You will be eligible for an annual incentive bonus based on individual and company performance.

WTWH Media is seeking an experienced two B2B Media Sales Managers with measured success in developing new sales and managing existing accounts. The position is responsible for driving revenue in the Engineering product suite to develop a pipeline of new clients in each respective industry, field inbound inquiries and grow existing accounts.

The Engineering, Facilities and Maintenance Manager is responsible for directing all engineering activities and for maintaining and upgrading the facilities and production equipment. Work with the maintenance crew to implement the needed preventative measures.
Recommend design modifications to eliminate machine or system malfunctions.
Prepare capital projects for submission to management. Included are costs, schedule, JHA, PHA, and procedures needed.
Serve as lead project engineer for approved capital projects with the goal of on time and on budget completion.
Develop and administer a viable and visual Preventative Maintenance Program that reduces downtime and improves overall reliability of production and production supporting machinery.
Responsible for identifying capital requirements for the facility's annual capital plan and budget.
Direct, review, and approve product design and changes consistent with MOC procedures.
Recruit departmental employees; assign, direct, and evaluate their work; and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
Analyze annual site utility expenditure and develop plans to optimize plant efficiency to reduce costs (ISO 14001).
Perform administrative functions such as reviewing and writing reports, approving expenditures, enforcing rules, and making decisions about the purchase of materials or services.
Integrate the plant PHA initiative with the appropriate capital projects.

New York: $146,800.00 - $302,400.00
Washington: $140,100.00 - $278,200.00
Maryland: $140,100.00 - $266,100.00
Washington DC: $153,500.00 - $278,200.00
Illinois: $133,500.00 - $266,100.00
New Jersey: $153,500.00 - $278,200.00
Vermont: $133,500.00 - $241,900.00
Ohio: $133,500.00 - $241,900.00
The actual base pay within this range may be dependent upon many factors, which may include, but are not limited to, work location, education, experience, and skills.
Bread Financial offers medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, and other voluntary benefits (including basic and optional life insurance, supplemental medical plans, and short and long-term disability) to eligible associates (regular full-time associates scheduled to work 30 hours per week or more) and their spouses/domestic partners, and child(ren) under the age of 26. New associate elected coverage begins on date of hire (with the exception of disability coverage which has a 6-month waiting period). Six weeks of 100% paid parental leave for eligible parents is available after a 180-day waiting period. Hired associates can immediately enroll in Bread Financial's 401(k) plan.
All associates receive 11 paid holidays. Associates have discretion in managing their time away from work through the Flexible Time Off (FTO) program and may need to notify and receive approval from their manager prior to taking the time off. Associates (except those located in Illinois) receive 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time ("PSST") upon hire and at the beginning of each subsequent calendar year. Illinois associates receive 40 hours of Illinois PSST upon hire and at the beginning of each subsequent calendar year and 40 hours of Illinois Paid Leave upon hire and at the beginning of each subsequent calendar year. Illinois Paid Leave must be used before associates in Illinois will be approved to take FTO.
Hired associates will be able to elect the purchase company stock during offering periods in June and December. You will be eligible for an annual incentive bonus based on individual and company performance.

Hearst Television's WLWT-TV is seeking a Broadcast Engineering Supervisor to oversee the station's technical operations and engineering staff. This position plays a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of broadcast reliability, signal quality, and technical innovation. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong engineering background, capable of guiding a team in a fast-paced broadcast and digital environment.
Responsibilities
* Lead and Supervise
* Manage the day-to-day activities of the engineering department, including staff scheduling, project assignments, performance reviews, and workflow prioritization.
* Foster an environment of teamwork, accountability, and professional growth.
* Maintain and Innovate
* Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality on-air and streaming signals.
* Oversee the maintenance, repair, and installation of broadcast, production, and IT systems.
* Support technical planning and system design to improve reliability and efficiency.
* Champion innovation through the implementation of new technologies and digital workflows.
* Support Broadcast Operations
* Supervise technical setup for remote productions and live events.
* Provide hands-on support for complex maintenance and troubleshooting efforts.
* Ensure operational readiness and quick response during critical or emergency broadcast situations.
* Ensure Compliance and Documentation
* Maintain engineering policies, system documentation, and equipment records.
* Ensure compliance with all FCC regulations and Hearst Television's corporate standards.
* Partner with the Chief Engineer on budgeting, capital projects, and strategic technology planning.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of experience in broadcast engineering with proven leadership or supervisory experience.
* Technical knowledge of RF transmission systems, video/audio routing, automation, and IP-based production environments.
* Experience with digital broadcast transmitters, satellite systems, and content distribution workflows.
* Proficiency with AutoCAD or similar tools for system design and documentation.
* Strong understanding of computer networking and IT infrastructure.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
* Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs., work on rooftops, and in confined spaces as needed.
* Commitment to ongoing professional development in emerging broadcast and IT technologies.
* Associate degree or higher in Broadcast, Telecommunications, or Electronic Engineering technology, or completion of a comparable accredited technical program is required.
* SBE Certification (CPBE or higher) preferred and related military experience will be considered.
