Customer Service Representative II
Our Customer Service Representative II is a knowledgeable professional who delivers the highest level of customer service and sales support, honoring the company's Statement of Purpose. Position Responsibilities:

Contribute to team growth by sharing knowledge and insights.
Be proficient in the knowledge of Alliance's residential door and millwork products.
Work independently with minimal supervision.

Experience, Required and preferred:
Must have at least five (5) years of experience working in a customer service role in an office environment.
At least three (3) years of experience in the millwork industry, the building industry, or a combination thereof.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
Effectively communicate complex information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Demonstrated ability to analyze situations, identify solutions, and implement effective resolutions.
Proficiency in learning and using CRM software and other relevant tools.
Proven attention to detail, accuracy of work, and commitment to quality.
Experience in navigating and operating programs efficiently.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time-options to stand or sit while stationary.

The Role
The HR Generalist supports a complex, fast-paced mechanical construction organization with union employees and non-union employees across 17 unions, nationwide. This role provides hands-on HR support across employee relations, performance management, recruiting, compliance, HR systems, and employee lifecycle administration.

Key Responsibilities
Thorough understanding of each project's scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Assist in the execution of project scheduling, budget management, and performance tracking.
May assist in managing multiple projects in various stages of completion, depending upon size and complexity.

Assist in preparing scope or work assessments and managing cost-effective subcontractors.
Coordinate shop drawings, field drawings and all other project details with general contractors, inter-departmental teams, subcontractors, and vendors to facilitate efficient project workflows.
Effectively utilize SME's policies, procedures, and methodologies for a safe work environment during all phases of the project.

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (Or equivalent work experience)
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to organize and maintain complex data, drawings, legal contracts, requests for information and answers, and miscellaneous information through a project's completion.
Knowledge and understanding of general construction contracts and subcontract language.
Possess knowledge of construction drawings and blueprints. Ability to read design documents and familiarity with design specifications (AISC, AWS and materials).
Must be able to assist in developing, maintaining, and modifying project budgets.
Ability to assist in determining and tracking Cost to Completes, Change Orders and to forecast future costs.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, communicate effectively, and solve problems proactively.
Ability to maintain a professional relationship with clients, general contractors, engineers, field personnel, co-workers, project managers, design and detail personnel.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without need for employer sponsorship. Must be willing to work in-person at our West Jordan, Utah Location.
Preferred:
MBA or Advance degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Relevant experience in project management, construction, or structural and architectural steel projects is preferred; however, recent graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Proficient in Bluebeam, MS Project, and other construction software
Knowledge of OSHA Standards, manufacturing practices, and applicable codes (AISC, AWS, ASTM, IBC, etc.)

The Health and Safety Officer (HSO) performs primarily an implementation function for the project health and safety program. Implements the site-specific Health and Safety Plan (HASP) to include client's safety program and company policy and procedure.
Trains personnel including new hires, sub-contractors, vendors, and site visitors to the site HASP.

Coordinates with Superintendents to ensure Job Hazard Analysis address site tasks and their hazards.

Accepts guidance from senior H&S personnel in the technical execution of H&S related functions including calibration of equipment, field interpretation of direct-reading instrument results, identification of project hazards and their controls.
Assigns personal protective equipment (PPE) only by the written HASP, JSAs, and the Respiratory Protection Program.
Maintains an alert and focused field presence as an observer of operations.
Serves as safety and health competent person as defined by HAZWOPER standard.
Performs ongoing site safety inspections of activity areas.
Reports to the Safety Supervisor with regard to questions and issues regarding safety policy, its implementation, compliance strategies, provision of technical resources, provision for equipment vendor or technical information, incident investigations, and site document quality control.
Reviews and assists with preparation of JSAs and permits.
Communication with the client, regulators, and vendors will be only as directed by the safety supervisor and project manager.
