This position may also review and inspect the accuracy of all Route Delivery Trucks upon return to the Warehouse, document any discovered discrepancies, and make all needed changes prior to finalizing the Route Truck Check-In Process.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Verifies the accuracy of Customer Orders by inspecting built pallets to ensure they are adequately built, stabilized, and secure for transportation to the Customer and reviewing Pick Tickets to ensure the Product Type and Quantity are correct. This includes communicating with warehouse teammates when mistakes are discovered so the needed correction can be made to the specific pallet.
* Inspects returning Route Deliver Trucks to determine if they are in the proper condition for the Check-In Process and performs Blind Counts of all returning Route Delivery Trucks to compare counts to the reported quantities of the returning Route Delivery Trucks. This includes communicating with Route Delivery Drivers of issues discovered and makes the needed changes to the final Load-In prior to finalizing the Check-in Process.

Provides non-medical, short-term, solution focused, walk-around counseling directly to eligible service and family members at assigned primary and secondary locations. Services include assessment, brief counseling and consultation, action planning, referral to resources (assuring linkage as appropriate), and follow-up as indicated.
Delivers training and health and wellness presentations, participates in health fairs and other base/installation activities as requested/directed.
Enters counselor activity data daily through smart phone, or web application, to assure that reporting is accurate from assigned installation, while maintaining client/service member confidentiality.
Consistently visible within the brigade/regiment which allows MFLC services to be accessible. Establishes and maintains working relationships with community resources and provides appropriate linkages for service members and their families. Partners with POC to provide MFLC services in a manner that addresses the needs of the installation. Develops an effective and professional working relationship with the installation POC.
Provides MFLC response to critical incidents, surge and on demand events, and special requests as directed by the POC and approved by the Office of Secretary of Defense (OSD) program manager. Manages duty to warn and restricted reporting situations according to Department of Defense (DoD) protocol and staffs the cases with Regional Supervisor/Regional Director.
Communicates with Regional Supervisors and participates in regular individual and group supervision, sharing information regarding trends and issues on the installations to which the counselor is assigned.
Participates in regular in-services/training, Quality Improvement committees or other contract activities as assigned/appropriate.
Participates in initiatives, studies, and pilot programs as directed by the customer and/or Magellan. We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Med Aide to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities:
- Accurately administer prescribed medications to residents according to the physician's orders
- Maintain precise records of medication administration and track residents' medication schedules
- Monitor and report any changes in residents' health or behavioral status to the nursing staff
- Assist with daily living activities and provide supportive care for residents as needed
- Ensure safe storage and handling of medications
- Participate in training and development sessions to stay current with healthcare practices and state regulations
- Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated patient care
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Certification as a Medication Aide or Assistant, as per state regulations
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate empathy and compassion
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
