Lead the development of the stakeholder analysis
Lead the development of a high-level change readiness assessment
Lead the development of the baseline change strategy
Drive day-to-day management of the team during discovery, including
Training Lead and workstream (identification of a Customer xxx training capabilities, training approach and high-level needs)
Communications (comms approach and initial communications to be developed at the end of Discovery - Month 3)
GENERAL ACTIVITIES:
Lead execution of OCM strategy for the project including facilitation of client input and sign-off of OCM deliverables
Serve as tactical POC for the OCM workstream, developing and driving the OCM workplan for the project
Execute internal reviews of OCM deliverables, ensuring quality, accuracy and client-readiness
Support weekly OCM status updates as a part of the Enterprise Transformation workstream
Coordinate OCM planning and activities across workstreams and project teams to ensure alignment
Lead internal OCM team meetings, identifying, escalating and resolving key risks and issues
Oversee readiness strategy and readiness and adoption tracking with the Readiness and Adoption Lead
Lead the identification of change impacts across project workstreams, client approvals, and socialization of the change impact assessment
Support communications and engagement planning, integrating with the Communications Lead
Lead the development of an integrated change plan for the project
Lead the development of a change champion structure, working with the Communications Lead to create a plan for Champion onboarding and materials creation
Interface with Value Realization and Business Process Transformation Leads, providing cross tower awareness of change plans, metrics and overall planning

Key Responsibilities
ProjectManagement: Oversee all phases of water and wastewater projects, including planning, design, and construction support. Strong technical knowledge of the water/wastewater industry.

Establish, refine, and uphold project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards to ensure consistency and continuous improvement.
Coordinate and meticulously track budgets and schedules for multiple projects simultaneously.
Assist in preparation of fee proposals and agreements with the owner and consultants.
Supervise and direct the project team's activities, ensuring clarity of objectives and effective organization.
Guarantee efficient project delivery and maintain quality standards throughout all phases, from programming to project closeout.
Coordinate monthly billing with accounting department.
Serve as the main point of contact for designated projects, fostering client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and contributing to ongoing client development. Additionally, assist in securing future project opportunities.
Manage and assist with work on all phases of various architectural projects including design development, preparation of presentation drawings and specifications, design review, coordination and correlation of construction drawings and review production drawings and specifications.
Collaborate as a peer client liaison to aid in the development and implementation of client-established processes and procedures. The ProjectManager is also responsible for generating reports to maintain clients informed about the overall program status and specific project updates.

In this role, you will lead the analysis, design, construction administration, and preparation of technical reports, plans, and specifications for lift stations, pump stations, tanks, large diameter pipelines, treatment facilities, and other utility infrastructure.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Prepare design calculations, design drawings, and specifications necessary for the most economical method of construction. Seal drawings and reports as required.
Perform independent studies and prepare reports of results and conclusions in a clear, concise manner. Direct other engineers and technicians on assigned tasks and review and evaluate their results. Present and deliver final reports to clients.
Maintain and utilize working knowledge of accepted engineering design standards and practices in the execution of design work that will meet the client's needs and conform to firm standards.
