We primarily focus on IT, but we are open to candidates that come from different verticals of staffing as well. As a BDE, you would be expected to be outside of the office as much as possible meeting with clients. You would primarily be doing new business development, but you would have a good number of dormant accounts with active MSAs in place to call on as well. The expectation would be that you have a new business development mindset and that you are willing and able to set meetings with new clients and you are able to get new MSAs in place. The breakdown would be roughly 25% farming and expanding current accounts vs 75% new business development. We have an aggressive tiered commission structure and we will consider doing a commission lock, if you are walking away from an established book of business.     Job Title: Structural Project Engineer (NC PE Required) Type: Direct Hire in Raleigh, NC / Wilmington, NC / Asheville, NC / Charlotte, NC Candidates must reside in the greater Raleigh, Wilmington, Asheville or Charlotte NC areas. Required Skills & Experience: BS in Engineering North Carolina Professional Engineer (PE) licensure 8-15 years of experience in Structural Design & Engineering Technically competent, a team player and good communications ability required. Must be self-motivated and work independently to complete work assignments. Have proficient knowledge of state building codes, ASCE -7 for determining loads on structures and multiple ACI, AISC and TMS design specifications and standards, for concrete, steel and concrete masonry designs respectively. Requires a valid driver's license and an acceptable motor vehicle, drug screen and criminal record. Essential Job Responsibilities: Provides technical and design services for structural concrete, steel, concrete masonry and timber buildings and structures in support of water infrastructure projects (i.e. water and wastewater treatment, water distribution and wastewater collection/pumping). Responsibilities include: calculations to support structural engineering analyses for foundation, floor and roof framing assemblies to support various process and equipment layouts, prepare various types of technical memorandums and reports, produce design drawings, prepare technical specifications, and estimate construction cost estimates. Must be able to work as part of a project team and coordinate/schedule work with other team members including structural engineers and other discipline leads. Responsible for various tasks on several concurrent projects and independently manage these tasks through to completion within the allocated period of time and the monetary budget assigned.
