Required Skills & Experience: Bachelor's in Engineering and a PE is required. 10-15 years discipline experience and a unique SME skill Familiarity with testing and commissioning of protective circuits using Omicron and Doble test sets Analyses and reporting of fault responses and breaker operations Experience with hands-on troubleshooting and evaluation of equipment failures to determine root-cause and necessary resolution actions Familiarity with microprocessor-based relaying Familiarity with relay protection schemes and relay logic Experience with relay settings calculations for protective relays associated with Inverter Based Resources Interpret and develop relay logic with microprocessor-based relays Big Bonus Points if you Have: Master's degree Knowledge of wiring diagrams and schematics. Diagrams and schematics associated with DER site equipment are a plus.
