Richard Leaver is responsible for leading the organization’s operational efforts, improving efficiency and ensuring all clinical team members are offering the highest level of care at all Alliance Physical Therapy Partners nationwide. In addition, Richard leads and manages the integration of acquired and de novo physical therapy practices.

As a licensed physical therapist with over twenty five years of clinical experience, Richard understands the importance of differentiating each practice by delivering an outstanding patient experience and proven outcomes. In addition to completing his Physical Therapy degree, Richard has earned a Masters in Ergonomics from the prestigious Loughborough University in England, an MBA from the University of Michigan, and his undergraduate degree in Physical Education from the University of Birmingham. Richard’s educational background and professional and academic career indicate his relentless drive for achievement and growth.

Prior to joining Alliance, Richard was the Vice President of Operations, Washington State for ATI Physical Therapy, where he helped with the operational and strategic growth of the organization’s nationwide outpatient clinics. Richard held clinical operations positions with Flexeon Rehabilitation, Sparrow Health Systems, and Physiotherapy Associates prior to his tenure at ATI.

Richard employs a no-nonsense, professional and detail orientated approach toward problem-solving. A British reserve, combined with naturally good judgment, he leads his team with focus, sincerity, humility, and vigilance.

Dan is responsible for the planning, implementation, and management of all finance activities. He also oversees Human Resources and Information Technology. He has significant experience both in healthcare related financial management and accounting. He is passionate about healthcare and improving patient outcomes while implementing the latest patient-facing and back-office technologies.

Shockley brings a record of accomplishments in Private Equity and Corporate Finance. Before joining Alliance Dan served as the Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis at GSTV.

Shockley obtained his MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and he has an undergraduate degree in Accounting from Michigan State University’s Eli Broad College of Business. He resides in Ada, Michigan with his wife, Jaime, and their three children.

Mark Andrzejewski is a Chief Executive Officer at Alliance Physical Therapy Partners.

Patrick Reid is a Chief Financial Officer at Alliance Physical Therapy Partners. He has worked as Chief Financial Officer at Agility Health.

Victor is a creative and successful International entrepreneur and executive. He has more than 20 years of experience in Marketing, Business Development and Global Operations. After working at Alliance, Victor continued as CEO and Founder of AECISA, he has led the company to become a global supplier for marketing and promotional product solutions for more than 100 Fortune 500 clients including Pepsi, Kimberly Clark, Nestle, Henkel, Reckitt Benckiser, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Novartis, Novo Nordisk and other pharmaceutical companies.

Victor’s solution driven approach and strategic vision expanded the company to serve 20 countries and established offices in Hong Kong and China, he became an expert in compliance, logistics as well as strict financial planning in uncertain global economic environments. Victor founded and led more than a dozen companies over the last 20 years and has a passion for learning and developing processes. Victor is a native speaker both in English and Spanish.
