Receive/Manage customer intermodal shipment orders via phone, fax, edi, email
Input customer shipment orders into Megatrans dispatching system
Manage/Dispatch drayage carriers to pick up and deliver intermodal shipments
Manage/Send rail billing to appropriate railroads indicating rail route, container #s, commodity, shipment details, notify parties
Schedule delivery appointments with consignees
Track and trace shipments to ensure transit is meeting customer expectations
Supply customer with requested status updates on any and all issues.
Problem solve transit exceptions to resolution
Manage and communicate any and all accessorial charges once aware of said charges using the applicable accessorial tariffs.
Manage customer inquiries via phone/email ensuring a timely professional response to their questions.
Proactively notify customers of delays and/or issues.
Input notes into the system and perfect shipment exceptions on all delayed shipments at the time of occurrence.

The
Domestic Agent II
has high visibility, is the primary contact for designated customers, and responsible for the outcome of assigned projects including customer service, tracking, routing, problem resolution, vendor compliance and customer interaction.
Responsibilities
Essential
Quoting, tracking and tracing domestic freight shipments moving via air/ground on a daily basis. Track overhead shipments daily and route accordingly
Route freight shipments across multiple transportation modes and services based upon client requests
Proactively communicate with clients regarding status of freight
Communicate with vendors/suppliers regarding shipment dispatch, routing and rates
Assist local sales and domestic offices with air/ground freight issues
Manage daily on-time and defect codes, carrier re-weights and insure all masters rated

Job Summary
The dockworker must efficiently load and unload freight, ensuring that the correct items are placed on the right trucks. Safety is paramount, and Dock Workers use equipment like forklifts and manual techniques to handle materials. Proper securing of freight with airbags and cardboard, as well as using straps, is crucial to prevent damage during transport. The dock worker position directly impacts the reliability of deliveries to customers.
Primary Responsibilities
Load and unload freight on trailers using a motorized forklift, pallet jack or manually in compliance with state and federal DOT guidelines. Use various loading techniques, such as loading tight or cross loading.
Transport self and/or freight continuously throughout the service center on non-forgiving surfaces.
Utilize Dock Yard Management System to consistently monitor freight shipment locations throughout the service center.
Read and interpret shipping labels. Familiarity with, and in some cases ability to complete the various forms utilized in freight movement such as shipping orders, city stripping manifests, freight bills, overage/damage movement reports and exception forms.
Hand load, rewrap or stack freight as necessary.
Insure the quality loading of all trailers.
Secure freight inside trailers using appropriate tools and supplies (e.g. pallets, straps, rope).
Frequent contact with service center personnel; fast-pace and deadline oriented.

(Pushing/Pulling) Must be able to perform frequent pulling and pushing of freight with or without the help of freight pulling equipment up to 100lbs. Must also be able to push and pull forklift blades, forklift gas tanks, deck bars, and other freight related items.
(Hearing/Speaking) Must be able to see parts in and on the forklift mechanical equipment for pre and post inspections. Must be able to hearing the horns of other forklifts and shouted instructions and warnings.
(Reaching) Must be able to frequently reach for freight at waist level and occasionally reach for freight above shoulder height or below waist level. Overview
The Carrier Sales Representative II will develop and own strategic relationships with a portfolio of carriers who support AIT's network of external and internal customers. The primary role of the Carrier Sales Representative II will be to procure capacity and build deep relationships with our carrier partners. Additionally work to optimize carriers' needs within AIT's freight mix while ensuring performance, communication, and integrity are kept at the highest standards.

Responsibilities
Establish and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with a defined portfolio of carriers
Prospect qualified carriers by conducting daily sourcing calls in order to secure consistent truck capacity, who must meet meet AIT TS compliance guidelines to expand capacity options in specific modes or geography
Collaborate with Account Executives and Account Managers to source opportunities to strategically match available carrier equipment to AIT customer needs
Negotiate rates with transportation providers at or below current market rates
Partner with Carrier decision makers to align strategies to benefit both organizations
Develop, implement, and manage dedicated capacity solutions for AIT Truckload customers
Lead monthly business reviews with top carriers and regularly monitor carrier performance to address deficiencies urgently with corrective action plans
Ensure all shipments are tracked daily
Drive automation across carrier portfolio (GPS, ELD, EDI)
Communicate accessorial charges to Account Management team in a timely manner to ensure approval and maximum revenue per load as needed

The supervisor must complete the various company and government forms utilized in freight movement such as shipping orders, city stripping manifests, freight bills, inter-terminal movement forms (ITM's) and exception forms. Constantly uses OD's proprietary technology system permitting consistent monitoring of shipment locations as freight moves through the various terminals while communicating continuously throughout the day with associates, customers and team members verbally and through other computer operating systems.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and evaluate the safety of each employee on a daily basis
Monitor and evaluate the safe and efficient loading and unloading process of freight throughout the shift
Monitors, evaluates, and teaches employees safe lifting techniques as well as uses safe lifting as needed throughout the day
Monitor and maintain housekeeping within the shift to ensure safety and productivity
Manages, assigns and supervises dock employees in the area to ensure proper utilization of employees, equipment, loading and unloading while meeting OD and customer expectations
Manages all dock work schedules and time off requests
Closely works with the Operations Manager/Assistant SVC Manager and/or Service Center Manager to ensure alignment in meeting daily/weekly/monthly and yearly business objectives
Provide analyses, suggestions and ideas for the improvement of operations within the shift, department and facility
Provide positive and constructive feedback to employees on a continual basis regarding ROI, MPH, Stops per hour, return shipments, missed shipments, delivery/pick up errors, and overall productivity, etc. This also includes handling disciplinary actions needed at the discretion of the supervisor
Conduct daily inspections to ensure compliance with local state, federal, .federal safety regulations, as well as OSHA compliance, and DOT compliance

Ensures that 100% of trailers are loaded correctly to ensure safe transport of freight

Complete forklift job training knowledge and uses a forklift as necessary within the service center

Comprehends and ensures compliance with company and government regulations
Works assigned shift/s as needed, must be available to work depending upon customer pick-up and delivery scheduled
Qualifications:
High School Degree or equivalent. Some college preferred.
Bachelor's degree preferred

Overview
The
Global Compliance Coordinator
will be responsible for data entry of compliance information into various AIT and Government operating systems, updating the Compliance Department's intranet website, performing compliance related audits, and supporting compliance team members and AIT field offices. The

**What Does a Diesel Truck & Trailer Mechanic Do At CRST?**
Diesel Truck & Trailer Mechanics support the maintenance of our Class 8 trucks and trailers and ensure that safety remains at the core of our work to maximize the quality of our business. The ideal candidate must comprehensively understand how to maintain and repair Class 8 equipment, diagnose technical issues properly and efficiently, and perform equipment reviews. Work with one of the industry's youngest fleets, including most Cascadia Freightliners with Detroit Engines.
**Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:**
+ Perform vehicle maintenance and repair duties for a fleet of Class 8 tractors and trailers and complete trailer preventative maintenance services; operate Class 8 vehicles and fleet equipment safely around the yard.

+ Maintain written repair orders and updated maintenance reference manual.
