    About the role The Client Services Administrator is an administrative, operations-focused role that supports the Director and Consultants for our Sage 100 Contractor and Sage 300 CRE practice by managing internal coordination, system maintenance, and documentation related to client onboarding, projects, and ongoing support. This position is not a primary client-facing or relationship-management role; instead, it plays a critical behind-the-scenes function that keeps client services running smoothly and efficiently. This role is well-suited for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Operational & Administrative Support Assign and coordinate tickets and projects to the appropriate consultants Support client onboarding by managing setup steps, documentation, and internal handoffs Schedule and coordinate project welcome calls to ensure a smooth transition to consulting teams Assist with our payment portal setup and Customer Support Agreement configuration for ticketing purposes Track ticket and project progress and follow up internally to ensure timely movement Systems & Account Maintenance Maintain accurate client account records, including: Address updates Contact updates (including large-scale or multi-contact projects) Review accounts to ensure full and accurate setup within our payment portal and Customer Support Agreements Perform ongoing maintenance and updates in ConnectWise and Salesforce Ensure all communications and updates are properly documented within tickets and projects Internal Coordination Serve as an administrative go-to resource for consultants for status updates, coordination needs, and process questions Communicate with consultants to gather updates and relay information as needed Support the Director and CSR with administrative tasks, reporting, and special projects Assist with client escalations by gathering supporting documentation and coordinating internally to resolve disputed invoices. Communication & Documentation Handle routine administrative client communications and follow-ups, maintaining high caliber written and verbal communication at all times. Responsibilities include documenting correspondence via email and conducting phone outreach, ensuring consistently professional and polished client interactions (non-sales, non-consultative).
