Job Description The Traffic Analysis Lead will oversee traffic engineering, modeling, and forecasting efforts to support transportation planning, roadway design, and mobility projects. Professional Engineer (PE) license required. 12+ years of experience in traffic engineering and analysis, including leadership or supervisory experience. Strong knowledge of traffic engineering principles, roadway capacity analysis, and forecasting methodologies. Experience in client-facing roles, supporting business development and proposal efforts. Excellent project management skills, with proven ability to manage workload, budgets, and deadlines.
