Ellen R. Alemany is chairwoman and chief executive officer of CIT Group and chairwoman and CEO of CIT Bank, N.A., the company’s bank subsidiary. She was named CEO in April 2016, became chairwoman in May 2016 and is leading CIT’s evolution as a leading national bank that empowers businesses and personal savers. Alemany formerly headed The Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) Americas, the management structure that oversees RBS' businesses in the Americas. She also served as chairman and CEO for RBS Citizens Financial Group, Inc. Prior to RBS, she served as CEO for Global Transaction Services at Citigroup. Alemany held a number of senior positions during her tenure at Citigroup, including executive vice president for Commercial Business and president and CEO of CitiCapital. She also held a number of executive positions in Citigroup's Global Corporate Bank, including customer group executive of North American markets, global industry head of Media and Communications, U.S. industry head of Consumer Products, and customer group executive for the Global Relationship Bank in Europe, based in London. Alemany received her MBA in finance from Fordham University. She serves on the boards of Fidelity National Information Services, Inc., The Center for Discovery, Operation HOPE and the Partnership for New York City. She also serves on the Board of Advisors for the Mayor’s Fund to Advance New York City and the Board of Trustees for The Conference Board.

Rob Fauber became President and Chief Executive Officer of Moody’s Corporation on January 1, 2021 and was elected to the Board of Directors effective October 22, 2020. Mr. Fauber joined Moody’s in 2005 and has held multiple leadership roles at Moody’s. Until his appointment as CEO, he was Moody’s Chief Operating Officer and drove strategic initiatives across the company. He served as President of Moody’s Investors Service from 2016 to 2019 and was Head of Moody’s Investors Service’s Global Commercial Group from 2013 to 2016, overseeing relationship management, product development, and strategy for the rating agency. Mr. Fauber has also served as Head of Moody’s Corporate Development. Prior to Moody’s, he held roles in alternative investments, corporate strategy & business development, and investment banking at Citi. Mr. Fauber earned his B.A. in economics from the University of Virginia and his M.B.A. from the Johnson School of Management at Cornell University. He and his wife have two children.

Mr. Gorman is Chairman and CEO of Morgan Stanley. Mr. Gorman became CEO in January 2010 and Chairman in January 2012. He joined the Firm in February 2006 and was named Co-President in December 2007. Before joining Morgan Stanley, Mr. Gorman held a succession of executive positions at Merrill Lynch. Prior to this, he was a senior partner of McKinsey & Co. and began his career as an attorney in Melbourne, Australia. Among his civic activities, Mr. Gorman serves as a Director of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and the Council on Foreign Relations, and is a member of the Board of Overseers of the Columbia Business School, the Monetary Authority of Singapore International Advisory Panel, the Business Council, and the Board of the Institute of International Finance. He formerly served as President of the Federal Advisory Council to the U.S. Federal Reserve Board, Co-Chairman of the Partnership for New York City, Chairman of the Board of the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association and Co-Chairman of the Business Committee of the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Mr. Gorman, who was born in Australia, earned a B.A. and Law degree from the University of Melbourne and an M.B.A. from Columbia University

John R. Ettelson became president of William Blair in 2003 and has been CEO since 2004. Under his leadership, the investment banking and asset management business has grown to more than 20 offices globally and annual revenues have tripled to over $1 billion. During his three decades at William Blair, Mr. Ettelson has held various leadership positions within the firm, including; head of mergers and acquisitions, chief financial officer, and chief operating officer. Mr. Ettelson has a deep commitment to his community and is a respected civic leader. He is the past chairman of the board of trustees for Lincoln Park Zoo and of the Economic Club of Chicago. He currently sits on the boards of the Northwestern Medical Group, Francis Parker School, the Executives’ Club of Chicago, and the Chicago Council on Global Affairs. He is a member of Commercial Club of Chicago, and is a member of its Civic Committee of the Commercial Club of Chicago. Additionally, he is also involved in industry trade organizations where he is on the board and executive committee of SIFMA and on the board of the American Securities Association. Mr. Ettelson received his Sc.B. from Brown University and his JD/M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.
