Richard Dana Fairbank (born September 18, 1950) is an American billionaire businessman who founded Capital One with Nigel Morris in 1988. He previously served on the board of directors of MasterCard International from 2004 through 2006. John W. Kemper is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Commerce Bancshares, Inc. Mary McDuffie is the president and CEO of Navy Federal Credit Union. She has been an executive leader within the organization for nearly two decades, including serving as chief operating officer before being named president and CEO in January 2019.
