Harry leads the finance function at Alliant, which includes financial planning and analysis, accounting, accounts payable, credit risk management, enterprise risk management, and asset/liability management. He is also involved in board-level governance and many cross-functional initiatives, such as project and portfolio management. He has three degrees from the University of Michigan, including a B.S.E, an M.S.E., and an M.B.A, which he earned while working at Ford Motor Company. At Ford, he was part of a rotational leadership development program. One of those rotations enabled him to work on the design and launch of the Lincoln LS and Jaguar S-type. After Ford, he joined Deloitte Consulting as a management consultant in Chicago. He then started his finance career at Sears and later transitioned to W.W. Grainger. He joined the Alliant management team in 2010.

Legal executive, business partner and corporate recording secretary of a digital, highly regulated financial institution with experience in technology, privacy and security, compliance, due diligence and mergers/acquisitions and complex transactions (business to business and business to consumer). Former litigator and prosecutor who adds value to the C-suite in corporate governance, ethics, litigation and risk management. Anil Choudary is a VP, Chief Technology Officer at Alliant Credit Union and is based in Greater Chicago Area. He attended Gulbarga University between 1990 and 1994 and University of Chicago Booth School of Business between 2011 and 2014.

Ken Schaafsma is a Chief Risk Officer at Alliant Credit Union and is based in Rolling Meadows, Illinois. He has worked as Operations Manager at St Paul Federal Bank; Senior Vice President, Fraud Prevention Manager at Northern Trust; and Head of Risk Management, India at Northern Trust. Ken studied at TIMOTHY CHRISTIAN SCHOOLS and Calvin University between 1989 and 1993.

Sumeet leads digital, marketing and member care functions. He is responsible for enterprise-wide digital and marketing strategies, digital product management, digital innovation and transformation, relationship expansion, marketing, acquisitions, brand, public relations, communications, banking operations, contact center, digital care, and member services. Prior to joining Alliant as CDMO, Sumeet held several leadership roles at Citi. He has a Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, Master’s in business management, and has extensive experience in marketing, digital, analytics, client experience, operations and technology.

Vasanthi Sekhar are a SVP & Chief Information Officer at Alliant Credit Union; Board Member at Apio, Inc; and Founder at Leela and are based in Chicago, Illinois. They have worked as Managing Director, Global Head of Ratings Operations at S&P Global Ratings; Chief Information Officer at GE Energy Financial Services Inc; and Chief Information Officer at GE Capital Bank. Vasanthi studied at Indian Institute of Management Calcutta between 1989 and 1991.
