Under the direction of the Warehouse lead, perform warehouse functions to assure the correct and efficient flow of inventory for both incoming and outgoing shipments. The Warranty Administrator position is responsible for handling vendor and customer warranty transactions within our system, as well as maintaining timely shipment and receipt of claims in process. The position will also assist with customer support to assure proper warranty communication on claim status. Key Departmental Responsibilities Responsible for managing Diesel Forward vendor warranty claims and product logistics Responsible for managing credits from vendors and issuing credits to customers Assist with claim creation and claim updates within the warranty portal Provide customer support for claim updates and assist with customer warranty inquiries Must work cross functionally, interacting often with Finance, Customer Service, and sales Operate in conformance with the requirements of the Diesel Forward quality management system. The Treasury Manager is responsible for both strategic and day to day treasury functions, combining tactical treasury operations with strategic oversight of liquidity, capital structure, financial risk management, and long term planning.
