The Role of the Operations Supervisor Responsible for supervising operations personnel and routing drivers and monitoring work to ensure efficient and effective operations. Essential Responsibilities * Assigns employees to routes and special pickups for timely services. Assigns employees to balance workload. * Ensures the accountability of route completions. May analyze routes, make recommendations, and implement routing changes.
* Monitors work to ensure efficient and effective operations. Observes collection practices on the routes and enforces safety policies and procedures.
* Resolves, with drivers as appropriate, customer service problems, ensures extras and overlooks are picked up and responds to complaints of unsatisfactory service. Investigates and resolves customer inquiries and complaints. May include responding to and corresponding with jurisdictional staff.
* Recommends rate adjustments and how to resolve billing disputes. With management approval, may make rate adjustments and resolve billing disputes.
* Generates and analyzes operational reports and make recommendations as appropriate.
* Possesses knowledge of rates to ensure appropriate customer billing. Advises Operations Manager of delinquent accounts and assists in their collection.
* Performs or reviews pre- and post-trip inspections.
* Investigates and reports on worker injuries, accidents, and other incidents.
* Maintains time records and manage attendance issues, providing timely feedback when necessary.
* Drives trucks, as needed.
* Ensures policies, procedures, and collective bargaining agreement (as applicable) are followed.
* May dispatch or be back-up for dispatch duties.
* May participate in community and business meetings and events on behalf of the company.

Qualifications
* Possession of a high school diploma or GED required.

Primary Role
Manages the day-to-day operations of water and/or wastewater plant(s) in accordance with Company policies and procedures and all applicable governmental laws and regulations.
Key Accountabilities
Assist with preparing and controlling local construction, operations, and maintenance within established budget limitations.

Work Rays games and other events to engage with fans to improve Rays fans' mobile experience while reflecting the fun, safe, and energetic atmosphere of Rays baseball
All fan-facing aspects of the MLB Ballpark app: mobile ticketing, digital wallet and rewards, loaded and combination tickets, stadium map features, in-app purchases, and other mobile content
Ensure guests are signed up for Go-Ahead Entry and assist them in the enrollment process if necessary
Efficiently resolve issues and concerns related to Go-Ahead Entry and mobile ticketing while upholding a high standard of customer service
Troubleshoot issues that may arise for fans regarding online accounts and the MLB Ballpark App
Be primary point of contact at entrances for Fan Hosts/ticket scanners, concessions, and retail staff regarding mobile payments and rewards.
Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace
Assist with various special projects, with Box Office duties and other staff as needed
Qualifications:
Familiar with both Apple and Android apps and cell phone technology, including a general awareness of Apple/Google wallet features
Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems/issues as they arise
Quick learner with respect to software and mobile technology
Strong attention to detail
Professional, positive, and friendly personality
Ability to communicate effectively with fans, coworkers, supervisors, and management team
Night, weekend, and holiday availability is required
Must have reliable transportation
Physical Requirements:
Able to work in a high-activity and heavily crowded professional sports venue
May be required to lift/carry items weighing up to 25lbs on occasion
Able to work on feet for long periods of time
Able to work outside for extended periods of time during your shift
