Pros of working at Alliant Energy

I didn't like anything about working for Alliant.

Cons of working at Alliant Energy

Management continues to change and the reorginizations are not well thought out. Benefits are poor and raises are even worse.

Alliant Energy benefits

I didn't find any good perks. Insurance is expensive for the employees and the provider finds ways to get around paying for medical services.
