Responsible for evaluating and underwriting submissions for all pricing requests. Leads and/or assists in the management and execution of all assigned client projects. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Plans, executes and delivers primary underwriting and analytical support to assigned accounts and/or programs;
Meets with Producers, clients, Underwriters, Account Executives and Benefits Analysts as needed to define and accomplish projects;
Independently handles all primary underwriting calculations for assigned accounts and projects;
Works with internal staff and vendors to establish project timelines, identifies critical deadlines for completion and performs necessary functions to ensure project completion;
Maintains data tracking and reporting for financial management, underwriting models, client reports and other analytical reporting deliverables;
Assists with the development of new reporting tools and models;
Responsible for detailed knowledge of carrier and TPA reporting systems of assigned clients for all data analysis and reporting needs;
Confidently analyzes and challenges insurance company renewal calculations for fully-insured contracts (Health, Dental and Vision);
Maintains files and historical data on all assigned clients and/or programs;
Actively engages in educational opportunities to further underwriting knowledge, market trends and regulatory environment;
Responsible for accuracy and timeliness of all work performed, including proper management of timelines and meeting deadlines as established;
Addresses incoming correspondence and responds as required in a timely manner;
Assists with development and training of other Underwriters;
Assists with the development of training materials and presentations;
Performs basic and mid-level complexity underwriting projects independently with final peer review by other Underwriters;
Peer review of other Underwriters' work for accuracy and completeness;
Complies with agency management system data standards and data integrity (enters and maintains complete and accurate information);
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
One (1) or more years related work experience
Valid Insurance License within 90 Days
Must continue to meet Continuing Education requirements for license renewal

* Maintains client suspense and conducts follow-ups as appropriate;
* Serves as a technical expert, assisting Account Managers to resolve complex issues;
* Assists in training of Assistant Underwriters and administrative staff;
* Complies with agency management system data standards and data integrity (enters and maintains complete and accurate information);

You'll develop enablement strategies and plans with the focus on providing our revenue generating teams with the necessary training and tools to elevate skills, increase opportunities, successfully and accurately message and position products, and win deals - with the ultimate goal to increase sales. You'll collaborate with your peers in enablement to leverage and adapt learning programs to accelerate onboarding, increase product knowledge, and build leadership skills in the GTM organization.
What You Will Do
Partner closely with sales leaders to identify and create enablement aligned to GTM priorities, business goals, and seller competencies. Provide follow-through and coaching to ensure best practices take hold.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive enablement (process and content) that is aligned to business objectives and designed for optimal learning.
Leverage and adapt learning and enablement programs to enable seller success
Conduct needs analysis to define strategy and content
Design and develop training and assessment materials for multiple delivery formats, including instructor-led classroom training, instructor-led virtual training, e-learning (videos, job-aids), and role-play scenarios.
Collaborate with subject-matter experts to plan and develop training goals, objectives, and all course materials for training modules, assessments, tools, and events.
Ensure all materials adhere to principles of instructional design and interactive usability per customer needs.
Analyse key performance indicators and quantify program effectiveness
Utilise sales technologies to influence enablement tools and strategies as well as to track and measure results
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring
4+ years of work experience in sales, sales/ revenue enablement, or learning & development, preferably with a hardware or software company
Experience designing and implementing training programs to build sales skills; demonstrated knowledge of needs analysis and creating learning programs to address needs; ability to effectively design and develop learning content including training, job-aids, documents, and videos.
Experience using multimedia authoring tools (such as Articulate Storyline / Rise) to develop online learning modules.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills, and a meticulous attention to detail
Preferred experience as an administrator of learning management systems and/or sales enablement platforms; experience using CRM management systems, Salesforce preferred
Experience independently interviewing stakeholders and subject matter experts at all levels of the organisation.
Well-organised, self-directed team player. Remains open to others' ideas and exhibits willingness to try new things.
Strong customer-service orientation and commitment to ensuring timely, quality solutions to customer issues.

What You Will Do
Data Migration & Integration
Lead the end-to-end migration of data from legacy systems into Trimble's modern cloud-based platform.
Define and execute migration plans including data extraction, cleansing, mapping, validation, transformation, and load activities.
Collaborate with system, process, and domain experts to ensure data integrity, lineage, and hierarchical relationships are maintained in the target platform.
Establish repeatable data pipelines and validation frameworks leveraging tools such as Snowflake, SQL, and automated ETL/ELT processes.
Data Management & Governance
Implement data management controls aligned with the Trimble Data Governance Framework, including data stewardship, lineage, cataloging, and certification.

Partner with the TDMO to operationalize policies and standards for data quality, retention, and security.

Data Quality & Stewardship
Establish data quality rules, validation procedures, and stewardship workflows to sustain trust in migrated data.
Lead data profiling, issue remediation, and monitoring.
Report on data migration progress, data quality KPIs, and governance metrics to divisional and enterprise leadership.
Program Leadership & Collaboration
Act as the primary liaison between O&PS business teams, the DTO, IT, and the TDMO.

Foster cross-functional collaboration to define data ownership, stewardship, and accountability models.
