The Inventory Clerk is responsible for the receipt and shipment of incoming and outgoing materials, supplies, and products to and from vendors. For the verification and maintenance of records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment of materials, supplies and products to and from internal and external customers and vendors to quality and productivity standards. Responsibilities:
Monitors and maintains current inventory levels
Maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
Receives goods from Receiving/Inspection, stocks items; labels shelves as necessary.
Accurately pulls parts from stock for all jobs per kit list requirements.
Kits all materials for jobs for easy delivery.
Maintains overhead stock and prepares purchasing requisition for replenishment as needed.
Compares inventories both visually and to office records, or computes figures from records, such as sales orders, production records, or purchase invoices to obtain current inventory.
Performs weekly cycle counts.
Prepares sales order folders for production.
May operate various office machines.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate's Degree in Business Administration, or related discipline. In lieu of a degree, equivalent work experience required.
0 - 2 years of related experience, experience in a full-service shipping environment preferred.
Must have hands on experience with both domestic and international shipping.
Physical Demands:
The role is mostly office-based but may spend some time standing and walking on the production floor.
May be required to operate a computer and/or other office devices.
Occasionally will have to lift and/or transport items weighing between 10 and 40 pounds.
Work Environment:
Predominately in a stockroom or warehouse environment with frequent exposure to the production floor and engineering lab.
While on the production floor or engineering lab, employee may be subjected to moving mechanical parts and may be required to put on precautionary, protective wear such as goggles.

The Maintenance Technician is an entry to senior-level position (compensation & level of position will be based on education & experience). This is a Safety Sensitive Position.
* Level I is an entry-level position responsible for assisting with the inspection, upkeep, and basic repair of equipment, facilities, and systems. Establishes root cause and corrective action plans in response to customer quality concerns. Acts as the primary point of customer communication in response to poor customer quality and ensures timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
Leads production teams to quickly identify and resolve manufacturing process and product performance issues affecting productivity, First Pass Yield, and On Time Delivery using a fact based, data oriented approach.
Identifies and eliminates barriers to one piece flow as well as manufacturing process bottlenecks affecting productivity and On Time Delivery.
Works with both internal & external suppliers to ensure that all materials meet design and quality requirements.
Leads cross functional teams to develop & implement new manufacturing processes in support of new products.
Develops, updates and maintains production documentation including standard work and manufacturing process procedures while ensuring that all existing processes and procedures are followed.
Supports design with input on manufacturing process capability during the new product development phase.
Supports strategies in Operation Excellence as an active participant in continuous improvement projects.
Supports production teams in the identification and elimination of potential safety hazards.
Identifies, prioritizes and processes Engineering Change Requests for continuous product and process improvement.
Minimum Qualifications:
BA degree in mechanical or electrical engineering preferred or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
Automation Experience
0-8 years of work experience. Internship and co-op experience is considered.
Experience with Lean implementation in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Physical Demands:
Mostly production floor based and requires considerable time standing and walking on the production floor.
Required to operate a computer, other office devices, as well as some machinery on the production floor.
Occasionally will have to lift and/or transport items weighing up to 40 pounds.
Work Environment:
Predominately production floor.
While on the production floor, employee may be subjected to moving mechanical parts and may be required to put on precautionary, protective wear such as safety shoes, and glasses.
Some travel required.

Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Electrical, Masters preferred
* 5 or more years of experience in a technical, manufacturing environment with excellent customer interaction
* Expert level experience with Root Cause Corrective Actions (RCCA) and Design of Experiments (DOE) tools and supplier management and lean manufacturing.
* Experience in ITAR / EAR controlled environments
