This role will also handle direct-to-fabricator slab sales. Finally, this role will also work with clients that are already working with an Outside Sales Representative, in the event of that representative's absence.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Represent the brand in a showroom environment.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients.
Schedule and attend appointments with retail clients and manage calendars accordingly.
Oversee and conduct direct-to-fabricator slab sales. These sales are not commissionable. Commission is earned on retail sales that this position generates on their own.
Receive and apply feedback from clients and maintain our reputation of excellence and customer satisfaction.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for clients.
Work with customers handled by other representatives as needed and document interactions so that there is a seamless transition.
Maintain our sample library and demonstrate product knowledge to clients.
Negotiate terms and close sales to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Provide product information, pricing, and quotes to clients in a timely and accurate manner.

QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS, AND/OR TRAINING):
Required Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Education:
2-year degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Required Experience:
Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in stone manufacturing or related industry.
Preferred Experience:
Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
Prior experience with stone countertops and cabinetry
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (KSA):
Knowledge:
Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in stone manufacturing or related industry.
Familiarity with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Knowledge of the luxury stone fabrication industry is advantageous.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This position will involve working in a showroom environment, as well as in an office environment.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
This position will involve sitting and/or standing for extended periods of time, as well as walking throughout environments. This position will involve handling stone samples and other objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
This position will require you to commute to our showroom daily for work.
