The dress code at Allied Universal is business casual for management and corporate, and a uniform for all other positions.
Allied Universal health and security staff are provided with five tops, five bottoms, a winter jacket and spring jacket, and a duty belt. You provide your own solid black shoes.
Facial hair is okay, but no sideburns. Visible tattoos must be covered. Hair past your shoulders should be tied up.
Further, no earrings or piercings are allowed while on duty, and females must have a conventional haircut. If females have hair that is shoulder length or longer, then it must be pulled back and in a ponytail. Men must also have a conventional haircut.
