Allied Universal health and security staff are provided with five tops, five bottoms, a winter jacket and spring jacket, and a duty belt. You provide your own solid black shoes.

Further, no earrings or piercings are allowed while on duty, and females must have a conventional haircut. If females have hair that is shoulder length or longer, then it must be pulled back and in a ponytail. Men must also have a conventional haircut. It must be collar length in the back with more than half the ear covered. Everyone must have natural hair color.
