i worked in with the Allied Universal in Rosemoney and our HR Liz and my newbie manager at UL Josh Lawrence don’t respect hard worker and don’t care about employees they’re racists inadequate and under qualified for the positions they fill

Allied Universal need a whole rework on priotizing worke and rooting out the shoulder rubbing suits in office such as Josh Lawrence and Liz with HR in Rosemonet Allied Universal

no they’ll lie and say it is but it isn’t

they’ll spam hire black people to get the diversity check and as a black man i don’t think they hire any qualified non ethnics either

always work. provides employment for low skilled, low education officers and management . My client manager has manager has nearly 1000 shifts to fill every week, that's nearly 8000 labor hours with good, high quality, reliable employees. yea! Good luck with that!

Because of the massive amounts of debt the company is carrying ,$14 billion dollars, from overpaid acquisitions , almost no in person training or education.

we really don't have many benefits,

most branch managers secretly harbor a lot of anger and resentment towards the company.

slow down on the CCDN'S , WRITE UPS. Creating massive anger. Forces quality people to leave. Then the company is left with all the trash.

minimal prep is needed, decent clothing.

Livable with overtime pay. Not a lot. Hours have always been correct. But first 24 hours of employment made 8 bucks per hr. but like i said company is barely profitable.

yes, many races, colors, nationalities, Hey they need people! Constant write ups and threats of write ups causes people to flee. Almost every site I've worked at, Threats about being disciplined.

In the beginning I made quite a few friends, but then many were fired, When all they needed was some face to face communication. So the company has to hire more people to replace, and the extra expense. no really its the truth. people are terminated needlessly, Now, I really dont try to make friends anymore.

Set schedule, structured work environment, easily understood expectations.

Conflict prone environment among coworkers, minimal oversight by upper management leading to poor work quality at main headquarters which causes issues to trickle down to specific site locations.

Management team is great as of now in my area & at the time I work under a Supervisor that try her best to respect & treat me as she would want to be treated. The pay I think should be more, think all Security Officer should be trained gun carriers because of the crime incidents that's been taking place over the USA. I seriously believe more defense training is necessary because of this reason. Allied Universal Services have given me a chance to live out one of my dream jobs! For this I'm grateful...

Supervisor is great at this time, co workers are ok to work with, clean environment & so far professional site!

My perk is doing my Security checks driving golf cart! Check employees N & Out through Security & knowing my work environment will b clean. Plus, being treated with respect by majority of company & employees.....
