No consistency to schedule!!!
Co-workers and job security if you could be comfortable with an inconsistent schedule.
I never met the CEO.
Developing a consistent schedule.
White shirt and tie, listened, comprehended, and asked questions.
$21.00 hoirly

No one to defend the guards. Quick to replace.
32 BJ
It is a paying job but other than that it us too big
Very disorganized, having to enter payroll to get paid, not being able to get problems solved in various departments, billing, etc
Working at home
Nothing good they just feed you lies and there is a big smokescreen about problems and they are clueless
easy to get in anyone could get hired
i worked in with the Allied Universal in Rosemoney and our HR Liz and my newbie manager at UL Josh Lawrence don’t respect hard worker and don’t care about employees they’re racists inadequate and under qualified for the positions they fill
nothing
Allied Universal need a whole rework on priotizing worke and rooting out the shoulder rubbing suits in office such as Josh Lawrence and Liz with HR in Rosemonet Allied Universal
nothing anyone can get hired
no they’ll lie and say it is but it isn’t
they’ll spam hire black people to get the diversity check and as a black man i don’t think they hire any qualified non ethnics either
leaving going home
always work. provides employment for low skilled, low education officers and management . My client manager has manager has nearly 1000 shifts to fill every week, that's nearly 8000 labor hours with good, high quality, reliable employees. yea! Good luck with that!
Because of the massive amounts of debt the company is carrying ,$14 billion dollars, from overpaid acquisitions , almost no in person training or education.
we really don't have many benefits,
most branch managers secretly harbor a lot of anger and resentment towards the company.
slow down on the CCDN'S , WRITE UPS. Creating massive anger. Forces quality people to leave. Then the company is left with all the trash.
minimal prep is needed, decent clothing.
Livable with overtime pay. Not a lot. Hours have always been correct. But first 24 hours of employment made 8 bucks per hr. but like i said company is barely profitable.
yes, many races, colors, nationalities, Hey they need people! Constant write ups and threats of write ups causes people to flee. Almost every site I've worked at, Threats about being disciplined.
In the beginning I made quite a few friends, but then many were fired, When all they needed was some face to face communication. So the company has to hire more people to replace, and the extra expense. no really its the truth. people are terminated needlessly, Now, I really dont try to make friends anymore.
Some O.T. if you always say yes including little to no advance notice.
Management is poor. Little to no communications with employees unless you initiate it. Transferring from one contract to another takes months.
I am able to work primarily on the side of town I live in.
The former branch manager was a good person, open door policy. The managers didn't take it so well. Many considered it going over their heads.
More field training to include firearms practise for commissioned officers at a minimum of doing it quarterly, not once every 2 years prior to when your license expires
It was a cold call on my part. I had to wait on the state to receive my license prior to the actual hiring. The manager knew the company where I received my certification. So it was basically, in like flint.
Depending on the contracts the pay is well below a living wage and below the national average.
I'm all for it. Diversity within a company makes it a better enviorment, and builds a stronger work force.
Knowing what my abilities are, working on both my strengths and weaknesses constantly while on or off my shift.
possible overtime.
write ups, very heavy write ups, make you feel worthless. Everyone disciplining everyone. I've never seen anything like it.
wearing a uniform, sometime getting a free coffee at the convenience store.
Gay friendly. other than write ups and uniform ordering they don't do much.
Do something, Talk, Lead, Teach. Encourage. Answer Questions. But do Something Positive.
Be Clean and educate yourself.
The sense of belonging. It's something you need to work on, it does not just happen. For the most part the people are great.

Weekly pay
Not much opportunity for employment growth or promotion. Can take quite a while to receive the license from the state. Medical/vision/dental insurance provided as an "benefit" from the company is definitely not worth it. State insurance provides more benefits than the private insurance which is just sad.
Weekly pay. Management is usually understanding of needing a certain day off for educational purposes.
Being able to try your career within the companies and different branches and departments
Last minute scheduling changing without the proper notification
The pay the benefits with it being a state to state company being able to apply for different positions

What do I like about working there? If i have to say one positive thing about this company I would say working with certain people.
What don't I like working for this company? I would have to say the racism there also if you try to take it co corporate nothing will happen. HR makes you feel like your at fault for the complaint there.
The only perks I would say is the pay.
I have had a good experience only due to the environment and how helpful and accommodating my supervisors and managers have been.
I don't like the health insurance plans, the pay is most of the time very low for the kind of security service you are providing.
Making sure people are safe from any danger
Sometimes the supervisors can be a bit to much but other than it’s a great company
The pay is not to bad
It was an easy job with an okay pay.
