POSITION SUMMARY

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge.
Must have substantial previous related work experience in managed care benefits member/provider services work are required, with three to fours years of experience in a high volume service center or managed care environment, preferably with self-insured plans.
Must possess excellent communication skills to handle moderately complex inquiries, while maintaining a positive and helpful attitude. Requires the ability to handle a high volume of incoming calls, search the database or resources tools for correct and timely information, and maintain a professional demeanor all times. Must have the ability to learn and effectively use the company's customer information systems, as well as developing and maintaining a fundamental knowledge of the organization's benefit plans.

Job Description:
Supports imaging and biomedical equipment by applying knowledge of electrical, mechanical, chemical and related engineering principles. Principle Responsibilities

Ensures end users understand status of repairs, the estimated resolution, maintenance needs, issue identified and whether or not it was able to be duplicated.
Provides feedback on training issues and improvements.
Identifies opportunities for improving user experience and communicates those with the appropriate staff.
Act as mentor to colleagues when selected or assigned.
Updates technician development plans
Provides guidance and feedback to technician.

What you will do
Evaluates assigned patients, gathering data from a variety of sources, such as patient records, interviews, observations, and team members.
Demonstrates knowledge of age-specific factors and performs satisfactorily related to patients' age infant through geriatrics as noted on unit specific guidelines and competencies.
Develops and implements individualized treatment programs for the patients needing services. Provides direct therapy services to patients using various functional settings and strategies.
Establishes and modifies intervention goals and strategies for patients/treatment program based on ongoing evaluations. Uses selected activities and/or tasks to promote and maintain health, and to achieve treatment goals.
Plans therapy within the patient's individualized physical, emotional, and intellectual capabilities as indicated and coordinated with the rehabilitation, medical, and nursing care plans.
Prepares documentation as required by the profession and the department, such as evaluation results, individualized treatment plans, progress notes, and other such reports.
Communicates effectively with patient, family, physician, and other disciplinary team members regarding the patient status, progress, and needs. Evaluate and monitor clinical internship with students affiliating in various universities/colleges.
Establishes rapport and work cooperatively with interdisciplinary team members (including family/physician) throughout the patient's intervention program.
Participates in program development of the department. Utilizes available tools to monitor and improve quality outcomes and productivity standards.
