Job Summary:
Step into a dynamic and high-intensity environment at St. Francis Medical Center in Shakopee. Our 21-bed Level 3 Trauma Center caters to patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics. As an Emergency Room RN, you'll join a strong, welcoming, and supportive team dedicated to providing immediate, life-saving care. Your ability to assess, stabilize, and respond swiftly will have a significant impact each day. Our facility includes 21 beds and a 6-bed Emergency Mental Health area, supported by a team of 120 staff members handling approximately 40,000 visits annually. We leverage cutting-edge technology like Tele psychiatry and Tele-Stroke Neurology and are currently under renovation to expand our ED capacity to 26 beds, along with 4 fast-track rooms in Triage. We offer flexible orientation and foster a strong team culture that embraces and supports new staff. As a Level 3 Trauma center, we encounter a diverse range of cases, including trauma, mental health, substance abuse, and 18% pediatric patients, Tele stroke.
Key Position Details:
Tier 1: 1 year of RN ED experience or successful completion of ED RN orientation
Tier 2: RN experience in ED, EMS, or ICU patient care experience
Tier 3: Minimum 1 year RN Med/Surg/Tele experience or New Graduate with ED/EMT/EMS experience
ACLS: required by end of orientation
TNCC: required 1 year from start date
PALS: required 6 months from start date
FTE 0.75 (60 hours per two-week schedule)
12 hour, day/night shifts
Every 3rd weekend (Friday, Sat, Sun)

Treats patients who are suffering from trauma, injury or severed medical conditions that require urgent treatment.
Principle Responsibilities
* Comprehensive assessment of patient and family needs; identification of outcomes based on needs assessment; establishing the plan of care; supervising the progress; and modification of the plan of care as needed.
* Maintains education and competencies to remain proficient to provide high quality patient care practice and skills.
* Incorporates evidence-based nursing practice taking into consideration current statutes, rules and regulations when developing the plan of care.
* Establishes, in the collaboration with the family and patient, realistic and measurable patient expected outcomes based on nursing diagnoses, patients present and potential capabilities, goals, available resources and plan for continuity of care.
* Identifies outcomes that are age appropriate, culturally appropriate, realistic and attainable.
* Coordinates, collaborates, and delegates appropriately to ensure care is provided in a safe, effective fashion.
* Fulfills all organizational requirements.

Pay Range
Pay Range: $43.13 to $67.12 per hour

CentraCare Willmar is hiring an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) in our Emergency Department at Rice Memorial Hospital in Willmar, MN at .5 FTE. Shifts are 12 hours from 12:00 noon to 12:00 midnight, approximately 7 shifts per month inclusive of weekend coverage. Duties include but are not limited to treating patients in the ED for work-up, care, and disposition. APPs treat difficult diagnosis and complex patient presentations, as partners to the physicians in the ED. Splinting and suturing skills necessary. ACLS, ATLS, and PALS coursework required. An APP (PA or NP) with Emergency Medicine provider experience preferred.

We're seeking a dedicated nurse to support safe and effective patient care within our Perioperative Sedation Program. In this role, you'll review patient medical histories to confirm they're appropriate candidates for Nurse-Administered Sedation, monitor and interpret vital signs, and provide conscious sedation under the direction of an approved provider.
You will also assist anesthesiologists with regional anesthesia procedures and help ensure consistent, high-quality care before, during, and after sedation. This position will train at the St. Cloud Hospital and then work at both CentraCare Plaza and the St. Cloud Hospital once the expansion is open summer of 2026.
