I thought the pros of working at Allina Health are one of the largest healthcare employers in Minnesota, therefore there are many opportunities for advancement.
In my experience, the cons of working at Allina Health is in my particular position, there wasn’t always enough work to keep me busy. I had to seek ways to use the many skills I had developed to increase efficiencies within the office.
My favorite perk/benefit at Allina Health was having accrued paid time off with each pay period. In addition, we could accumulate sick and safety time off.
What I like best about the leadership at Allina Health was the high level of communication on what was going on at all levels of the organization.
I would improve the company culture at Allina Health would be to find ways to reduce employee turnover. The healthcare field is very competitive and the company may want to consider looking for ways to retain top talent in this industry.
