Care teams, NCM Council, coworkers, safety, benefits, PTO, sick leave
Executive communication
Work family definite a perk
Co workers, taking care of patients, and flexible schedule. I was able to work in many departments
We went through many managers
Patient interactions
Incompetent Management / massive lack of diversity and no holiday pay.
Working 10hr shifts
Flexibility
Lack of diversity in most units in suburban hospitals. There are some units that are proactive about inclusion but others are not even trying.
Education money. The amount could be better though. It hasn’t change for many years
Caring staff. Patient interaction.
No weekends or holidays. Pay and health benefits
