RC Andersen, part of the STO Building Group, is looking to hire an experienced scheduler that will focus on both mission critical and industrial projects. The Scheduler will maintain close working relationships with the Project Team to ensure that they meet or exceed Project Controls standards. This hands-on role will give you the opportunity to directly interface with the estimating, design, and construction teams to ensure the accurate life cycle of quantity, cost, and schedule management from original estimate through project completion. Responsibilities Prepares Critical Path Method (CPM) scenarios for management consideration and incorporates final approach into a complete CPM schedule Accumulate and access historical and forecast data for use in maintaining realistic future planning and forecasting. The Senior Superintendent is responsible for the daily operation of a job site, including scheduling, production, and procurement of materials, manpower, and equipment. The basic function of the Assistant Project Manager is to assist the Project Manager with administering, directing, and coordinating the functions of the field supervisory personnel of the operations division. The Assistant Project Manager reports to and is directly accountable to the Project Manager. REQUIREMENTS Education Required: Must have a bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field. Or a bachelor's degree in other field with 4 years of Project Engineer experience. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in construction management or civil engineering Experience Required: 2 years as Project Engineer with construction management experience. Preferred: 4 or more years of construction management experience. Skills / Knowledge / Abilities Position requires an understanding of industry practices and trends and their impact on the corporation. Individual must have interpersonal, communicative, and organizational skills. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Distributes drawing and design revisions, bulletins, to Project Manager, Super and all trades. Assist with the development and implementation of normal operating procedures for overall project operations. Assist in the project closeout process. Act as company representative in negotiations with the owners.
