Norman Thomas Linebarger (born January 24, 1963) is an American businessman in the diesel engine industry.

Villavarayan was promoted to EVP and COO in January 2020, a new position for the company. Prior to that he served as senior vice president and president of Meritor's Global Truck segment, from January 2018. Villavarayan has global operating responsibility for both of Meritor's business segments, Global Truck and Aftermarket & Industrial and Trailer.

As Vice President of Engineering Services of QNX Software Systems, Mr. Lawande was responsible for pre- and post-sales customer support, custom engineering, system integration, design consulting, and training services at QNX Software. While at QNX, he oversaw the market introduction of new operating system capabilities, such as power management, advanced graphics, and enhanced networking features. Before joining QNX, Mr. Lawande was responsible for development of networking and consumer electronics systems at corporate giants such as AT&T Bell Labs, U.S. Robotics, and 3Com. He was a key contributor to an array of leading-edge products, including the Total Control remote access server, U.S. Robotics Sportster modems, and 3Com's Ergo product line. Mr. Lawande has a wealth of experience in developing embedded systems and software. He holds three patents in Communications Software and is a founding Member of COMPASS, a Chicago-area organization of embedded software and IT professionals. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from Bombay University in India and a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering from Southern Illinois University.

Greg Heald serves as President, Passive Safety Division & President Asia. Prior to this assignment, he served as President Asia and Sr. Vice President Global Procurement, and President & CEO Hamlin, Inc. During his 17 year career with Key Safety Systems (formerly Breed Technologies) he has also served as President & CEO Hamlin, Inc., Sr. Vice President Global Procurement & Business Development, President & COO Global Airbag Business Unit, President & COO North America, President North American Airbag and Inflator Business Unit and Vice President Global Procurement. Before joining Breed Technologies in April 1998, Mr. Heald spent 7 years with Ford Motor Company in various roles in manufacturing finance and direct materials purchasing. Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Finance from the University of Florida and MBA from the University of Detroit.

Mr. Klinkers served as the President of Europe, Africa & Asia-Pacific and Global Innovation at Maxion Wheels from March 1, 2014 to March 1, 2015. He served as President of Europe Africa & Asia Pacific at Hayes Lemmerz International Inc. since September 2009. Mr. Klinkers served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing of International Wheel Group at Hayes Lemmerz International Inc. since March 1, 2005. He joined Hayes Lemmerz from Michelin's Wheel Group where he has worked since 1997. He has served in a series of senior level marketing and sales positions with Michelin, most recently as Director of Sales and Marketing, based in Paris, France. Fluent in Dutch, English, German and French, he holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from Maastricht University in the Netherlands.
