Administers the sterilization process and oversees the coordination, maintenance, and storage of medical instruments, supplies, and equipment to support adequate inventory levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Plans, organizes, and oversees daily operations for SPD and materials processing, managing workflow and prioritizing tasks to meet schedules and clinical needs.
Develops and updates policies and procedures for processing, storage, and handling of medical/surgical supplies; implements new decontamination and sterilization methods.
Selects, trains, supervises staff, conducts performance evaluations, provides feedback, and manages personnel actions; develops staff education programs.
Ensures compliance with hospital, departmental, and external regulations, including safety and infection control standards.
Maintains inventory of instruments, equipment, and materials in the assigned area.
Keeps current with industry trends and best practices through professional development and participation in committees and projects.

The ECMO Specialist is enrolled and actively participating in the department's ECMO Training Program. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining the skills necessary to proficiently and safely establish, manage, and control extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) technology and assist with associated procedures in acutely ill patients of all ages in critical care settings. The specialist will learn to troubleshoot devices and associated equipment under the supervision of experienced ECMO personnel, provide ongoing care through surveillance of clinical and physiologic parameters, adjust ECLS devices as needed, administer and document blood products and medications in accordance with hospital standards, provide airway and ventilator management, and perform the full scope of practice of a Respiratory Therapist II.

Responsibilities
The Bioinformatician II will report to CCG's Lead Informaticist and have the main responsibility of independently performing data analysis on a wide array of cancer multiomics projects (sc/sn RNAseq, sc ATACseq, Crispr screens, SNV/CNV, longread Oxford Nanopore Direct RNA sequencing, etc.) in consultation and collaboration with internal Dana-Farber research collaborators and external research partners. Some limited orchestration of automated pipelines may be required as necessary. The Bioinformatician II will have no direct reports. Dana-Farber has a wealth of local, on-premises, and cloud-based computing resources available to extensively explore the large body of data generated annually by Dana-Farber researchers and collaborators. Given these resources, the development of novel computational methods is strongly encouraged.
Qualifications
MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree required in a STEM field. Master's degree or PhD strongly preferred in bioinformatics, medical informatics, computational biology, statistics, computer science/engineering, or a related quantitative field.
Minimum Education: 3 Years of experience required; Master's degree with 1 year experience required; PhD with 0 years.
* Experience with bioinformatics tools and databases for sequence alignment/analysis; germline and somatic variant calling; bulk and single-cell/nuclei RNAseq; long read sequencing (Oxford Nanopore).

The Key Account Manager (KAM), Oncology Diagnostics is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships between Hologic Oncology and key accounts within each Hologic Oncology Region in order to develop standardized processes within the key account and grow Breast Cancer Indexutilization within the region. Key Accounts can include but are not limited to HCP organizations, Academic Centers, Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), Integrated Delivery Systems (IDSs), Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs), Medical Groups (MGs), Independent Physician Associations (IPAs), professional societies, and quality improvement organizations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage the total network associated with each identified account.
Responsible for the overall commercial performance of a key account, and the development and implementation of project plans to standardize Breast Cancer Index testing.
Segment and prioritize accounts as well as identify key players within the accounts.
Achieve pre-determined quarterly growth targets across a total network of designated Key Accounts. Quarterly revenue growth will be measured as total revenue increase versus the baseline of historic revenue production within designated accounts in their assigned region.
Work with other Hologic stakeholders in the identification and development of additional revenue opportunities as well as the identification of competitor and market activities.
Partner with National Sales Directors, Regional Sales Managers, local Oncology Account Executives, and Medical Science Liaisons to build multi-dimensional, powerful corporate relationships with these key target accounts.
Monitor progress in key accounts and evolve action plans as appropriate (monitor customer contacts, plan execution, profit, value, volume growth, and market share) work closely with Oncology Account Executives and Regional Manager partners.
Qualifications:
Experience leading large-scale projects with the development of key account plans that achieve sales targets, foster account growth and meet customer expectations
Awareness of oncology pathways and EHR systems within accounts, with tactical knowledge and experience with commercial penetration of each pathway or system
Ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of Hologic product(s) as well as the competitive landscape in the molecular diagnostics industry
Ability to interface with Key Account professionals from other divisions of Hologic to identify areas of synergy or opportunities for co-promotion or collaboration
