Charles is the cofounder and CTO at Alloy. Previously, he was the head of engineering at a payments processor and a program manager in Microsoft's Knowledge team.

Strategic and operational finance partner to the CEO, having the ability to translate the CEO’s vision into financially savvy operating plans that increase enterprise value in a high growth venture backed technology company.

Track record of scaling high growth software companies as CFO/COO, combined with a decade of venture investing experience as a general partner in a venture capital firm. Unique skill set that spans strategy, finance, product, engineering, go-to-market, sales, customer success, and inorganic growth strategies. Effective in partnering with commercial teams on contract negotiations and in creating incentive compensation plans to reward behaviors that create sustainable growth and happy customers.

Raised $150 million in equity and debt financing, ran full diligence processes, executed on acquisitions, collaborated with investment bankers, managed external stakeholders and assisted the CEO in constructing productive board relations. Board experience includes serving on over a dozen venture backed startup boards across audit, compensation, executive recruiting and strategic transaction committees.

Andrea Bedell is a Co-founder & COO at Alloy and is based in Boston, Massachusetts. She has worked as Inside Sales at CORNING INC /NY, Director of Operational Growth at Silverside Detectors, and Health Physics Technologist at PERKINELMER INC. Andrea studied at University of New Hampshire between 2007 and 2012 and Laurel School.

Evan Goldenberg is a Co-Founder & CTO at Alloy and is based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. He has worked as Engineering Co-op at PCA - Company Services, Software Developer (Intern) at Engenuity, and Surgical Robotics Intern at SickKids. Evan studied at University of Waterloo between 2007 and 2012.

Originally from Toledo, Ohio, I attended Harvard University studying Technology and Innovation. My research interests focused on the intersection between financial services and developmental economics with additional papers in user experience design and global poverty alleviation.

While studying, I also founded Inverted Agency, consulting startups and Fortune 500 companies with a specialization in tech-enabled growth strategy, updating legacy systems, and robotic process automation.

I'm now working on Alloy, the financial navigation platform that pays you to fix your finances. We're harnessing the power of AI to build the first searchless financial navigation experience, helping individuals across nation build strong financial habits.

Nick Mykulowycz is a Co-founder & CTO at Alloy and is based in Boxford, Massachusetts. He has worked as Slicer Development Manager at Desktop Metal, Inc.; Electro Mechanical Engineer at Orbital Biosciences; and Founder at Embark Industries. Nick studied at Penn State University.
