Job DescriptionThe Bryan County Board of Commissioners is now accepting applications for a Seasonal Poll Worker in our Elections Department. This position is to perform polling station duties, prepare and process a variety of election and poll reports, forms, assist citizen requests, monitor the polling machines, maintain departmental records, and to ensure that the Election Process is handled in an orderly, professional, fair, and lawful manner in the assigned precinct. Must have the ability to interact with individuals from various backgrounds, as well as those with various learning styles. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS The following duties are normal for this position. Arrives on time as assigned and ensures that the assigned Precinct is prepared for voting by the designating opening time.
