Flexible working is the best part and benefits are decent. Most staff are nice people apart from the odd grumpy one.
Behind on pay bracket and constant redundancies makes you consider moving elsewhere. The work gets boring after sometime, same thing day in and out.

Nothing, they recently underwent a restructuring. During this time "the chosen ones" had our workload tripled. After 6 weeks they decided to offer us OT.
Management is out of touch with processes and procedures. They're clueless about how the claims work actually gets done and their workflow is prohibitive.

Management was not educated on a lot the guidelines.
Not being micro managed or told how to acquire new business but let me use my sales tactics to drive revenue which resulted in myself becoming the number one producer in the agency.
