A recent accomplishment was the launch of the “Services” line of business, supported by Oracle ERP, FedEx warehouse, a disposition chain to sell “as new” devices to B2B along with the My Wit store in Mercado Livre to sell direct to the end customer ( www.mywit.com.br ) In 2012 nominated to the \'Next Generation of Leaders\' a 15 months training program led by professors from Harvard, Kellogg School of Management and Kennesaw State University focused on Business Strategy, Innovation, Creativity, Influencing and Negotiations. At MetLife 3 years in International and 5 years as IT Superintendent of MetLife Brazil. 2 years as the head of the Software Factory in G&P and the last 3 years as the head of IT and Outsourcing
