Tom Wilson is on the Board of Directors at NUBURU. Tom is also the Chair, President, & CEO at Allstate Corporation.

Elizabeth Brady is Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing, Customer and Communications Officer. She is also a member of Allstate's Operating Committee. Brady leads marketing for all the corporation's brands, as well as enterprise innovation efforts, internal and external communication and corporate philanthropy. Her creativity and insights help us serve customers and more effectively leverage customer connectivity, technology and analytics.

Before joining Allstate, Brady was Senior Vice President, Global Brand Management, at Kohler Co., where she led marketing and communications across four businesses and 33 global brands. She has also held senior leadership positions at Publicis and BBDO. Throughout her career, Brady has been a proven leader in innovative retail marketing, brand strategies and creative solutions for some of the world's most talked about brands.

Mario Rizzo is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of The Allstate Corporation and Allstate Insurance Company, as well as a member of Allstate's Operating Committee. Prior to becoming CFO in 2018, Rizzo served as Chief Financial Officer of Allstate Personal Lines (APL), where he was responsible for its comprehensive financial planning and analytics. Rizzo previously served for nearly eight years as Allstate's Treasurer and Assistant Treasurer, and as Vice President in APL Finance before that. He joined the company in 1989.

Rizzo has a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Michigan and an MBA in finance and accounting from the University of Chicago. He is also a Certified Public Accountant. Rizzo serves as a member of the Finance Committee and the Governing Board of UCAN Chicago, an organization focused on empowering youth to develop into our future leaders.

Rhonda Ferguson is the Chief Legal Officer and Secretary at Allstate. She was appointed to this role in December of 2020.

Ferguson joined Allstate from Union Pacific Railroad, where she served as Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary and was responsible for all legal, regulatory and corporate governance initiatives.

Ferguson joined Union Pacific in 2016 after nearly a decade as Vice President, Corporate Secretary and Chief Ethics Officer at FirstEnergy, an electric utility in her home state of Ohio. Earlier in her career, she was Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary at Ferro. She was a partner at BakerHostetler and a litigation associate at Thompson Hine LLP. Ferguson earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Northwestern University and a Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.

Don Civgin is Vice Chair of The Allstate Corporation and CEO of Allstate Protection Products and Services. He is also a member of Allstate's Operating Committee.

Civgin oversees Allstate's broad protection portfolio: Allstate Business Insurance, Allstate Dealer Services, Allstate Identity Protection (formerly InfoArmor), Allstate Protection Plans (formerly SquareTrade), Allstate Roadside Services and Arity, the company's telematics unit. He is also responsible for Avail, Allstate's car-sharing initiative, which is addressing the need for more efficient transportation solutions for connected consumers.

Civgin joined Allstate in 2008 as Executive Vice President, Finance and Strategy, and has held several leadership roles, most recently as President, Allstate Service Businesses. Before that, he was President, Allstate Emerging Businesses, and President and Chief Executive Officer, Allstate Financial.

Civgin has extensive experience in corporate finance, strategy, and mergers and acquisitions. Previously, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for OfficeMax and Senior Vice President, Finance, and Chief Financial Officer of General Binding Corporation. Before that, he held executive roles at Montgomery Ward, Alliant Foodservice and Itel Corp.

Civgin is active in his community and serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the internationally renowned Ravinia® Festival, North America's oldest nonprofit music festival.

He received his bachelor's in finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

Eric Brandt is an insurance leader responsible for setting the strategic and operational direction of the Claims organization, customer relationship, and key account management. He currently serves as chief customer advocate at Esurance.
