Rey is the Chief Executive Officer of Allvue. He co-founded AltaReturn in 2008 and led AltaReturn's global client service organization.

Kevin MacDonald is the former co-founder and co-CEO of Black Mountain Systems, now merged into Allvue Systems. Prior to Black Mountain Kevin was the founder and CTO of FCS, the developer of the Wall Street Office platform. He earned his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, San Diego and has 28 years of experience in the syndicated loan and FinTech markets. Under his leadership both Black Mountain and Wall Street Office evolved to become the industry standard software for syndicated loans and private debt investment management.

Black Mountain Systems (now Allvue Systems) is an independent financial software development firm that has developed innovative solutions for credit investment managers. Everest, Black Mountain Systems' award winning proprietary front office software solution is tailored specifically to individual client needs. Everest delivers superior credit analysis tools, easy to use portfolio management and reporting, and a trade order management and pre-trade compliance system to institutional investors in syndicated high-yield loans, bonds and alternative investments. Clients consist of many of the world's preeminent hedge funds, private equity firms, investment managers and banking firms. Everest's services give analysts, traders and portfolio managers the tools necessary to quickly and efficiently navigate and analyze information critical to the investment process.

In 1996 Kevin founded Financial Computer Software (FCS), the developer of Wall Street Office, the industry standard for corporate loan accounting and administration. Kevin co-managed the business as CTO and helped build Wall Street Office into the industry standard that it is today.

Ryan has over 30 years of experience in running software businesses and leading sales teams. Prior to Allvue, Ryan spent 7.5 years in London at Finastra and Misys, where he served as EVP of International and was responsible for all go-to-market teams and client facing activities for the European, Middle Eastern and Asian Pacific territories. Additionally, Ryan was the Misys Global Head of Sales prior to the merger of Misys and D+H. Ryan also held several leadership roles in Europe and the US for SunGard and GLTrade. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University and served as a Captain in the US Army Reserves for 11 years.

Brandon has over 15 years of enterprise application development. He was the original employee when Black Mountain was founded in 2007 and has architected the Everest solution since its inception. Brandon started and ran the Professional Services group and oversees all product development and internal engineering for the firm. His prior experience includes architecting a loan origination system and developing an automated underwriting engine for Accredited Home Lenders. He holds a degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara in Computer Science.
