Alma Products Company was founded by E.E Tracy in December 1943 under the name of Tracy Detroit Manufacturing Company.
Alma Products is a privately owned company established in 1988, originally as an extruder of Polystyrene reel sheet servicing the growing UK based Yogurt and Dessert Form, Fill and Seal machine market.
To develop the business further, Alma entered the Thermoforming market in 2009 with the purchase of state of the art thermoformers and printers and now supplies a number of customers throughout the UK with a variety of containers and collation trays in a range of materials.
In 2014 Alma Products Company was acquired by the Transtar Holding Company.
