What you'll do in this role: As an Accounting Assistant, you will support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes and assist with time entry and ERP data management. Key responsibilities include: * Match vendor invoices and purchase orders, and process invoices in our ERP system (we use M2M). * Organize and file invoices to ensure easy access for audits and statement reconciliation. * Monitor receivables to ensure that payments are up to date, and track outstanding payment issues. * Process credit card transactions. * Perform account analysis and reconciliation, supporting General Account Processes per ALMACO policies. An ideal candidate would possess: * A high school diploma or equivalent. * 1-3 years of experience with accounts receivable and/or accounts payable. * Experience with ERP and HRIS systems. We use M2M and UKG. * Fluency with Microsoft Office and ability to pick up new software. * Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. Summary: Movement of materials, parts, and units to various buildings within Stellar, from vendor location to Stellar or from Stellar to other off sight locations. Movement and tracking of parts to and from storage areas and assembly areas, recording locations of parts/materials as they are moved with limited direction of Lead Persons and Supervisor. Performing material move transactions in a timely fashion. Qualifications for the Custom Agricultural Technician: * Valid Driver's License, clean driving record, and eligibility for a Passport, as well as ability to be insured in rental cars (age 21 or older.) * Very good interpersonal and communication skills to deal with a wide range of people. * Great mechanical skills. Full-time Description Summary: The electrical engineer technician designs, tests, and documents electrical/electronic system components for mobile equipment. The position applies knowledge of electrical/electronics, wireless communications, and programmable logic control systems. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Design control system components including but not limited to motor controllers, wire harnesses, control panels, valve drivers, and wireless remote-control systems. • Create schematics and wiring diagrams using CAD tools for communication with vendors, manufacturing department, and customer service. • Generate and maintain wire harness drawings for manufacturing using CAD tools • Develop visual aids and work instructions for installation of electrical products • Troubleshoot and repair electrical/electronic components, including programmable controls, wire harnesses, power supplies, and test equipment. • Develop specifications for purchasing, manufacturing, and installation standards. • Responsible for complying with safety and quality systems procedures as required. • Perform miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned and required. • Act as a positive role model for all co-workers • Promote a productive and non-disruptive work ethic within the company. • Continuously promotes and fosters a culture of working safety. • Perform other duties as assigned. Summary: Weld fabrications or other work as directed by Lead Person or Supervisor. Have a high capability of welding all types of steel as well as aluminum. Prior experience, strong background/knowledge regarding welding techniques. Must be able to work within precise limits and have experience in bench and MIG welding (aluminum, steel, stainless steel). Department specific skills may include chassis prep, crane assembly, hook lift assembly, installation mechanic, rebuild and repair assembly, truck assembly and fuel tank assembly. Candidate must be able to lift 50lbs and/or push up to 200lbs. All welding bays have hoists that are required to be used for any pieces exceeding that weight.
