MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent degree

Qualifications
The Production Supervisor will direct daily activities of their designated areas by working directly with production team members. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for continuously developing and mentoring team members. The production Supervisor will also be responsible for inspecting the production lines for any safety hazards prior to and during production while ensuring team members are working in a safe manner.
General Duties
Visually inspect the assigned work area for any safety hazards prior to shift.

Direct team members daily activities.

What you will do
The Shipping and Receiving Associate is responsible for properly receiving materials and products from our suppliers and distributing within the location in a timely and accurate manner. This position is also responsible for shipping the correct product to the customer in a manner that meets or exceeds their expectations. Oversee overnight picking, packing, staging, loading, and shipping operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Direct and monitor forklift and material handling activities, including replenishment and pallet movement.
Ensure all forklift operations are performed safely, by certified operators, and in compliance with company policies and OSHA standards.
Analyze workflows and labor utilization during 3rd shift and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
Monitor inventory availability and coordinate with inventory control to support outbound order requirements.
Prepare bills of lading; verify items against work orders to ensure quantities, destinations, and routing accuracy.
Conduct quality and safety audits on outbound shipments, equipment use, and dock operations.
Ensure all transactions and movements are accurately recorded in the warehouse management system (Korber).
Manage shipping schedules and carrier coordination during 3rd shift, ensuring timely dock departures and handoff to day shift teams.
Enforce safety protocols, housekeeping standards, and equipment inspections to maintain a safe overnight work environment.
Prepare shift reports on productivity, shipping accuracy, safety incidents, and team performance for leadership review.

Preferred Associate or Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language
Must be able to be certified to drive equipment required in warehouse

Completing daily cycle counts
Processing chips from the Machine Shop
Returning raw materials to inventory from the Machine Shop
Packaging finished parts for storage and putting them away in the correct locations
Building custom wood boxes for shipment of products to customers
Maintaining inventory of lumber for construction of boxes
Spending 10 minutes at end of shift to clean and organize shipping/receiving area
Other duties as assigned
