Overall Purpose of the Position
This position will work with cross functional teams for power MOSFET product definition, validation, promotion and trouble shooting. Must have knowledge of power electronics, Si device field, hands-on development experience in prototype built in MHz DC/DC converter.
Primary Job Responsibilities
Specify key MOSFET parameters for DC/DC converter
Validation the performance power device in DC/DC converter
Gain customer and application knowledge and understand power MOSFET usage in end application
Benchmarking of competitor's parts and writing promotion materials such as evaluation report, application notes
Evaluation board built up

Qualifications
MS (Ph.D preferred) in Electrical Engineering
Knowledgeable in power conversion topologies, power device, magnetics and control loop design
Lab skills in using Oscilloscope, function generators and test equipment
Experience with Matlab/Simulink, SIMetrix, Pspice/Ltspice, Ansys simulation
Good communication skills

The San Francisco/Bay Area base salary range for this full-time position is $190,300 - $261,500, which can vary if outside this location, plus bonus, benefits, and some roles may also include equity. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, competencies, experience, market demands, internal parity, and relevant education or training.
