Act as a workstream lead across all aspects of a ServiceNow ITSM project and solution delivery including but not limited to design, configuration/development, testing and deployment phases
Ability to manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 3-5 resources including offshore resources (e.g., consultants, developers, and testers)
Provide guidance and industry leading practice expertise for ServiceNow ITSM process implementations, including how specific business objectives can be met through process and technology transformation
Ability to analyze a company's people, process, and technology capabilities, provide leading practice recommendations and contribute insights to strategic roadmaps
Ability to advise on the connectivity of the CMDB and IT Operations Management (ITOM) to ITSM processes
Ability to lead client process and design sessions and facilitate requirements workshops with functional and/or business process area subject matter resources
Experience in waterfall and agile delivery models - including supporting management activities such as planning, status reporting, budgets and risk and issue logs
Ability to create high quality deliverables and project artifacts
To qualify for the role, you must have
A bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline
Typically, no less than 2 - 4 years relevant ServiceNow ITSM project experience
ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Minimum of 1 of the following ServiceNow certifications:
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM
3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience
Excellent soft skills - communication (written/verbal), adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, and organization
Experience leading teams and supervising others
A driver's license valid in the U.S.
Ability to travel to meet client needs
Ideally, you'll also have
ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA)

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $102,500 to $187,900. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $122,900 to $213,400. Experience Requirements:
U.S. Citizenship required
Bachelor of Architecture, Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or Structural engineering from an accredited program or equivalent required.
Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) required
10+ years' of related experience in multi-discipline design/project management
Strong design and technical credibility
Excellent oral, written and graphical communication skills
Ability to effectively manage concurrent projects and deadlines
Strong teambuilding skills
Able to collaborate with other design disciplines
Experience with Federal agency project delivery preferred
Experience with design-build projects preferred
LEED AP BD+C, PMP or other relevant certifications a plus

What We're Looking For:
Barge Design Solutions is currently seeking a Project Manager focused on civil site design projects within our Mission Critical / Data Center Program Team. Position will be located in any of the Barge offices or working remotely.
Responsibilities:
Works with Mission Critical Program leadership to implement proper PM procedures for this programmatic data center work.
Collaborates with stakeholders on proposals to determine time, cost, & processes for accomplishing projects deliverables.
Collaborates with stakeholders to establish Project Management Plans and assemble teams.
Executes activities to ensure that goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within defined time and established budget in a technically sound manner.
Provides technical leadership on civil-site data center projects including preparation of grading, drainage, site layout, utility, erosion control plans, permit documents.
Develops contracts including subcontracts to comply with Barge terms.
Ensures Quality Program implementation and execution.
Reviews project reports and findings.
On occasion visit job site for construction observation duties.
Supports team in managing construction administration activities to include including responses for Requests for Information, Submittals, Pricing Requests, Construction Change Directives, Consultant Supplemental Instructions, Addendums, Bulletins, etc.
Mentors others and builds employee capabilities.
Develops and maintains positive relationships with clients, customers, officials, contractors, and others.

Performs other duties as requested.
Education & Experience Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited program
Minimum of 10 years' experience with civil site/land development/project management
PE registration
Strong design and technical credibility

The successful candidate will lead multi-disciplinary teams in developing innovative treatment plant and pump station solutions for our utility clients. Location is flexible and hybrid options will be considered.
Responsibilities:
Acts as primary agent between client and project team coordinating events, leading client meetings, and delivery of final project to client.
Coordinates multi-discipline design projects for water/wastewater treatment plants and pump stations.
Develops and manages scopes, schedules, and budgets for successful project delivery.
Provides technical engineering guidance and resolves project problems, challenges, and obstacles.
Prepares comprehensive Project Management Plans.

Manages project financials and change requests from clients.
