Mission:
The RV Sales Associate is responsible for generating sales for new and used RVs and equipment, while providing customers with an outstanding customer service experience.
Job Duties:
Build rapport & trust with customers
Generate and close sales for new and used units and accessories, through effective selling techniques and consistent with the company's core values and service pillars
Conduct professional, high quality and informative interactive demonstrations with customers
Serve as a liaison between customers and various departments including Accounting, F&I, Parts, and Service
Maintain appropriate level of contact with customers to increase opportunities for repeat and referral business
Continuously improve product knowledge by staying up to date on manufacturer's product features, components, and changes
Stay up to date of market trends and industry changes from publications, manufacturer websites and company provided information
Be willing to learn and continuously implement the Alpin Haus selling system word tracks and techniques
Participate in the company's education and training seminars to improve sales and customer relationship skills
Enhance organization reputation by accomplishing new and different requests, handling customer objections and exploring opportunities to add value to the customer's experience
