## **The role**
We're looking for a **City Manager** to lead all aspects of the respective market (with support from rest of the team). We are seeking a Clinical Program Director to lead our outpatient program in Del Mar, CA. This role is responsible for ensuring the effective management, safety, and daily operations of the program, while providing leadership and clinical supervision to a small, close-knit team of clinical and support staff.
Clinical Responsibilities:
Run weekly groups, including a weekly “Multi-family Group”
Possibly carry a small caseload of 1-2 clients. (Individual and family therapy)
Lead team collaboration for building group curriculum
