Never forget that back when I started in 1999, one of the principals used a racial slur against another employee in a recorded conversation that was swept under the rug and he only had to pay a fine and was still allowed to keep his job and reputation. Keep this in mind when you decide to work with this manufacture, they don't care about their employees or creating a non-toxic work environment. Hope they get sued again, hopefully they will learn their lesson this time

If you are a favorite of the two principals (the outside and insides sales), you can get away with making million dollar mistakes as a specs manager and produce bare minimum work off the backs of other outside sales reps employees but they always let it slide because they didn’t pay attention enough to care

If you have a life outside of the company, prepare to get divorced. You are now married to the life of lighting manufacturing
