Your role will involve: * Creating and updating detailed work instructions for production. * Designing manufacturing processes and selecting appropriate equipment, considering industrial standards and project constraints. * Preparing industrial documentation, defining master data, and establishing method time. * Estimating workloads and refining line balance. Key Responsibilities Early Project & Design Phase * Gather and communicate industrial requirements during product specification and design. * Engage in concurrent engineering with design teams, using standard SMP practices. * Develop macro-process flows and introduce new technologies with validation plans. * Identify equipment needs, estimate method times, and balance preliminary production lines. * Pinpoint critical steps for detailed Process FMEA and plan FAR/FAI activities.
