ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Utilize transportation management software to schedule and assign drivers and carriers
Track vehicle movement to ensure efficient and timely deliveries
Schedule delivery and pickup appointments
Dispatch drivers and communicate route and load details
Broker shipments as needed to meet customer and operational demands
Coordinate and track shipments, providing timely updates to shippers, receivers, and customers
Manage load documentation, including bills of lading, rate confirmations, and invoices
Monitor market trends and industry conditions to support competitive pricing and solutions
Ensure compliance with all federal and state transportation regulations, including DOT and Hours of Service rules
Provide administrative and operational support to the Transportation office
Perform other related duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior dispatching or transportation operations experience preferred (trucking industry a plus)
Working knowledge of DOT regulations and Hours of Service compliance

Strong computer skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

About The Opportunity
This position will implement, maintain and improve our Transport Management System (TMS). Responsible for troubleshooting technical issues and liaison on software updates.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

About The Opportunity
The Commercial Counsel is responsible for leading the commercial contracting efforts for ORBIS Corporation and its subsidiaries (ORBIS). The Commercial Counsel will provide legal advice and guidance to business unit client groups, particularly Procurement/Sourcing, Product Management, and Sales. 1. Lead ORBIS' commercial contracting efforts by reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a wide range of agreements, including customer contracts, vendor agreements, NDAs, and SaaS agreements.
2. Partner closely with Sales, Product Management, and Procurement/Sourcing teams as a trusted advisor, providing clear, practical, and timely legal guidance that advances business objectives while appropriately managing risk.
3. Maintain and enhance commercial legal infrastructure, from processes to templates, focusing on improving efficiency and accelerating transactions while appropriately managing risk.
4. Communicate with and manage outside legal counsel as required.
5. Provide coverage for other members of the Legal Department as needed.
6. Operate with a limited level of attorney supervision.
7. Assume other legal- or compliance-related responsibilities, special projects, and duties as assigned.
8. Develop knowledge of ORBIS' businesses, products, suppliers, customers, and competitors.
9. Perform all duties in a manner that promotes ORBIS' mission, vision, and values.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admitted to the Wisconsin State Bar or otherwise eligible to practice as in-house counsel in Wisconsin.
4 - 7+ years of relevant legal experience with prior in-house experience and/or mid-size or large law firm experience.
Familiarity with Article 2 of the Uniform Commercial Code is preferred.

About The Opportunity
A General Labor person assists the operators at various machine centers throughout the plant. This full-time person will fill in for people when are they are out ill, on a leave of absence, or on vacation.
Essential Functions:
Work in die cutting as the assistant operator
Remove corrugated sheets from back of die cutter
Help the Die Cut Operator set up the machine
Work in the Automatän Room as an assistant operator
Feed corrugated sheets into the Automatän
Work in Shipping as the Unitizer Operator
Band finished units of corrugated product
Work in the Corrugator Department as the Downstacker Operator or the Baler Operator
Place load ticket into units of corrugated sheets
Complete necessary paperwork
Work in Joining as the Assistant B Operator on the specialty folder gluers
Remove bundles of corrugated stock and stack onto bay sheets per customer requirements
Work in miscellaneous departments on specific projects
Check finished product for quality per customer specifications
Ensure quality is a work priority by being attentive to detail and accuracy and by actively seeking work process improvements- quality is the responsibility of all employees
Perform other duties as assigned by management/supervisors

About The Opportunity
As a supply chain intern your goal will be to collect and analyze data to improve Menasha's supply chain operations. In this role, you will help to drive process improvement for the Menasha organization and the leading global consumer packaged goods companies that we serve as our customers. You will learn how to identify areas in the supply chain that could be improved and implement solutions using data analysis that will help to more effectively serve our customers. It is also expected that the solutions you propose will be cost-effective and considerate of Menasha's production capacity. Candidate to be currently pursing degree in Supply Chain Management and/or related degree that is available to work in our Neenah, WI office.
Essential to this Position
o Must have a strong desire to drive improvement and be able to analyze planning systems, functions and daily operations.
o Understanding of how to pull, analyze and record supply chain data; ability to develop new tools to gather data is a plus.
o Develop a working knowledge of the tools available for controlling and optimizing a supply chain.
o Must be able to manage multiple projects with multiple deadlines. Maintaining effective communication when faced competing deadlines is required.
o Learn SAP and become proficient in MRP generated demand planning.

As a Second (2nd) Shift Maintenance Technician, you will perform the maintenance of large production machinery while maintaining records of repairs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Performs preventive maintenance inspections and service on machines
Thoroughly cleans machines and machine parts, removing parts and reinstalling as necessary
Lubricates machines to ensure effective performance
Records and reports damaged, worn, or broken parts to be ordered
Installs replacement parts for machines
Identifies the causes of unexpected breakdowns of machines
Repairs broken machines quickly and efficiently
Use of CMMS for documenting work performed
Maintains a clean, organized, store room, and maintains shop areas, tools, and supplies
Coordinates with manager to schedule regular maintenance on machines
Collaborates with Maintenance manager regarding new products being added and modifications that will be required
Makes necessary modifications and testing equipment; confers with production manager regarding test results and makes additional alterations to machinery as required
