Cons of working at Alta California Regional Center

The bullying and lies. When i complained about two employees to our manager, the manager favorited them and retaliated. I complained about how uncomfortable things have been between those two coworkers due to their communication and bullying she ended up letting me go. She has a huge problem with ethnic groups and she stated she doesn’t trust the CFO to have the last say in emails going out because his English is weak (he’s either afghani or Pakistani) she had also been very rude to the African American generalist who didn’t even stay for 2 months. She has her minions their and its very unfortunate how she lets them run around and run the show like that. Absolutely no respect
