What You Will Do:
Retrieve customer supplied data as starting point
Interface with other suppliers, exchanging relevant background data
Manage data conversions from other CAD packages
Idea generation/brainstorming - new designs & TVM
Competitive Analysis (benchmarking existing products with similar requirements)
Design studies (in CAD) to facilitate packaging, manufacturing process, assembly issues, etc.
Maintain project log file that chronicles design changes
Prepare relevant data to support customer design reviews
Prepare detail drawings
Assist design and release engineers in support of component part release

What You Will Need:
Basics:
Minimum 3 years design experience using 3Dx & CATIA.
3 years minimum experience as a Designer in Chassis (Suspension, Steering, Brakes, Frame, Brakes and Tires).
Ability to work on both Solid & Surface creation, as well as complete clearance studies.
3Dx Experience with the following: Product Structure Editor, 3D Compose, Change Execution / Change Actions.
MS Application knowledge, Excel, Word, Outlook etc..
Excellent written and verbal communication.

What You Will Do: As a Product Development Engineer, the candidate will be a key contributor within a team responsible for managing and operating a fleet of test vehicles supporting vehicle software development and validation. This role focuses on vehicle operations, vehicle maintenance, software baselining, OTA and service software updates, scripting and tools development, and advanced root cause analysis across vehicle systems. You will own portions of the test-vehicle lifecycle, ensuring vehicles are properly configured, updated, maintained, and operational to support continuous software development, validation, and release activities. The role requires close collaboration with technicians, software engineers, feature owners, and test teams to diagnose complex vehicle and software issues, improve operational efficiency, and enable high-quality software delivery.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Manage and operate assigned test vehicles, ensuring readiness for software validation, and release activities.
* Coordinate vehicle usage, availability, sign-out/sign-in, and configuration control to support multiple engineering teams.

What You Will Do: Our Client's Motor Company Vehicle Propulsion Systems Engineering (VPSE) Calibration team is seeking experienced calibration engineers with direct, hands-on backgrounds in developing and delivering drivability, emissions, and OBD calibrations for internal combustion and hybrid powertrains. This is a hands-on engineering role, not entry-level, and not supervisory/management focused. Candidates should be able to independently deliver production-ready calibrations that meet program requirements.
What You'll Do:
Develop, test, and deliver production-ready calibrations for drivability, emissions, and OBD attributes on IC and hybrid powertrains. Perform in-vehicle and lab testing, collect and analyze calibration data, and resolve issues. Support testing at domestic proving grounds (Dearborn, MI, Northern MI, Arizona, Colorado). Document and present calibration results to program stakeholders. Ensure compliance with regulatory, performance, safety, and quality standards.
Basics:
* B.S. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Electrical Engineering, Calibration, Mechanical Engineering.
* Engine Calibration experience (at least 3 years).
* Delivered drivability, OBD, or emissions calibration.
* Calibration experience is a MUST.
* Data acquisition and data analysis.
* 2+ years (preferred 5+) direct, hands-on engine or hybrid calibration experience (drivability, emissions, or OBD).
* Strong proficiency in calibration tools and data analysis (e.g., ETAS INCA, ATI Vision, MATLAB/Simulink).
